🃏 About This Event

The Denver Card Show takes over the National Western Complex Friday through Sunday, August 28–30, 2026 for the late-summer edition of one of the largest trading card weekends in the Rocky Mountain region. Held at 4850 National Western Drive on the north side of Denver just off I-70 and I-25, this three-day mega-show pulls dealers and collectors from across Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, Kansas, New Mexico, Utah, and beyond. Colorado Springs collectors regularly make the 70-mile I-25 drive north because the Denver show floor is several times the size of any Colorado Springs venue — and the late-August timing puts the show right before Labor Day weekend, in the heart of the MLB pennant push, the front end of NFL Week 1 (the Broncos open the regular season days later), and the back-to-school wave when families are looking for one last summer weekend event.

The vendor footprint is enormous. Sports tables stock deep MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL, UFC, boxing, MMA, soccer, and college football across every era — vintage Topps, Bowman, Fleer, Goudey, Play Ball, and pre-war tobacco issues from the early 1900s, 1950s and 60s rookie runs, 1970s and 80s set-builders, 1990s junk-wax monster boxes, and modern Panini Prizm, Donruss Optic, Select, Mosaic, Topps Chrome, Bowman Draft, and premium Topps Dynasty, National Treasures, Flawless, and Immaculate. Rockies, Nuggets, Broncos, Avalanche, Colorado Buffaloes, Colorado State Rams, and Air Force Falcons inventory is heavily represented. TCG dealers fill a dedicated section with Pokemon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece TCG, Disney Lorcana, Dragon Ball Z Fusion World, Star Wars Unlimited, and Flesh and Blood. PSA, BGS, SGC, and CGC graded slab walls run deep, autographed memorabilia anchors the perimeter, and grading drop-off, wax breakers, and live break operators round out the floor.

Hours run Friday 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Sunday 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain. General admission is free, with optional VIP day passes available at $20 daily or $75 for the full weekend including Friday early-entry and exclusive show swag. Parking is $15 per day at the National Western lot. Kids under 12 enter free with a paid adult. The Friday window is where serious buyers consistently land their best hauls — Colorado Springs collectors who can get away from work by 2:30 PM and hit I-25 north arrive at the 4:00 PM door open with the early crowd.

The National Western Complex sits at 4850 National Western Drive, Denver, CO 80216, directly off I-70 and accessible via I-25 from the north and south. Colorado Springs collectors should plan roughly 75 minutes north on I-25 — leave by 8:30 AM Saturday to be on the floor by 10:00 AM. The complex is climate-controlled, ADA-accessible, and built for major trade-show flow with wide aisles. Plenty of food trucks operate inside; nearby dining includes the RiNo and LoDo districts a short drive south.

This show fits everyone from first-time collectors to families to serious dealers stocking shop inventory ahead of football season. For the best experience, plan to attend all three days, arrive Friday at 4:00 PM sharp for fresh dealer cases, bring cash plus Venmo and Zelle backups, and carry a sorted want list with target prices. Pack a wheeled cart for vintage hunters. Follow Denver Card Shows on Facebook and Instagram (@denvercardshows) and check denvercardshows.com for updates.
