The Georgia Collectibles Show returns to the DoubleTree Hotel Atlanta-Chamblee on Sunday, May 24, 2026 for the May edition of one of metro Atlanta's longest-running, lowest-friction sports card and collectibles shows. Hosted by veteran promoter Jim Daley at 4386 Chamblee Dunwoody Road just inside the Perimeter on the north side of town, this Sunday-only stop fills the DoubleTree ballroom with roughly 80 dealer tables and consistently pulls collectors driving in from Chamblee, Dunwoody, Brookhaven, Sandy Springs, Roswell, Alpharetta, Marietta, Smyrna, Decatur, Tucker, Norcross, Buckhead, and Midtown Atlanta. Late-May timing drops the show right at the front of summer collecting season — 2026 Topps Series 1 and Series 2 Baseball are fully out, Topps Heritage and Bowman Draft are stacking up, the NBA Conference Finals and Stanley Cup Playoffs are running hot, and the Atlanta Braves divisional race is heating up.
The vendor floor packs roughly 80 dealer tables across every corner of the trading card hobby. Sports tables stock deep MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL, UFC, boxing, MMA, soccer, and college football inventory across every era — vintage Topps, Bowman, Fleer, Goudey, Play Ball, and pre-war tobacco runs from the early 1900s through the 1980s, junk-wax 1990s monster boxes, and modern Panini Prizm, Donruss Optic, Select, Mosaic, Topps Chrome, Bowman Draft, and premium Topps Dynasty, National Treasures, Flawless, and Immaculate. Atlanta Braves, Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta Hawks, Atlanta United, Atlanta Dream, Georgia Bulldogs, Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, Auburn Tigers, and Tennessee Volunteers inventory moves consistently and is a Southeast signature you will not find at out-of-region shows. TCG tables stock Pokémon singles and sealed from vintage WOTC Base through modern Scarlet & Violet, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece TCG, Disney Lorcana, Dragon Ball Z Fusion World, Star Wars Unlimited, and Flesh and Blood. Locked cases display PSA, BGS, SGC, and CGC graded slabs alongside autographed memorabilia, vintage comics, Funko Pops, and hobby supplies.
Doors open at 9:00 AM EDT and run straight through to 3:00 PM EDT — six full hours of trading time that lets you work the room top-to-bottom, hit a nearby lunch midday, and still circle back for the final negotiation push. General admission is completely free for all ages and there is no formal VIP early-entry, so the door open is the door open for everyone. Kids are warmly welcomed and dealers consistently hand out free packs and singles to engaged younger collectors, making this one of the most approachable Atlanta-metro shows for first-time families.
The DoubleTree Hotel Atlanta-Chamblee sits at 4386 Chamblee Dunwoody Road, Chamblee, GA 30341, two blocks east of Peachtree Industrial Boulevard and a five-minute drive from I-285 (Exit 31) and I-85. The ballroom is climate-controlled, ADA-accessible, and laid out with wide aisles. Free parking is plentiful in the on-site lot, and the surrounding Chamblee corridor has plenty of food including Chinese, Vietnamese, Mexican, and Southern diners along Buford Highway just minutes away.
This show fits every collector type — first-timers, families, casual fans, modern flippers, prospect hunters, vintage hunters, and Pokémon and TCG players. For the best experience, arrive at 9:00 AM sharp for first dibs on freshly-stocked dealer tables, bring cash plus Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal backups, and carry a sorted want list. Pack penny sleeves, top loaders, and a hard-sided slab case. Save the last forty-five minutes for dealer negotiation.
