🃏 About This Event

The J & J All Stars Card Show returns to Our Mother of Sorrows Lyons Hall on Saturday, July 18, 2026 for a mid-July Highlands Saturday that consistently turns into one of the busiest dates on the show's annual calendar. July timing puts this date right after the MLB All-Star Game and well into the Topps Series 2 Baseball release window, with NFL training-camp anticipation building, and the National Sports Collectors Convention either just behind or just ahead — meaning there is enormous fresh inventory churn across the Lyons Hall floor as dealers prep for and recover from the year's biggest hobby trip. Collectors regularly drive in from Lexington, Frankfort, Bowling Green, Owensboro, Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Southern Indiana for this one.

The vendor floor at Lyons Hall packs dozens of dealer tables into a bright, well-lit parish hall layout. Sports dealers stock deep MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL, UFC, boxing, MMA, soccer, and college football inventory across every era — vintage Topps, Bowman, Fleer, Goudey, Play Ball, and pre-war tobacco runs from the early 1900s through the 1980s, junk-wax 1990s monster boxes, and modern Panini Prizm, Donruss Optic, Select, Mosaic, Topps Chrome, Bowman Draft, and premium Topps Dynasty, National Treasures, Flawless, and Immaculate. Louisville Cardinals basketball and football, Kentucky Wildcats, Cincinnati Reds and Bengals, Indianapolis Colts, Louisville Bats, and Louisville City FC inventory is consistently strong, and Muhammad Ali boxing memorabilia and Kentucky Derby horse-racing pieces are a Louisville signature. TCG tables stock Pokémon singles and sealed from vintage WOTC through modern Scarlet & Violet and Japanese exclusives, Magic: The Gathering Commander and Standard, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece TCG, Disney Lorcana, Dragon Ball Z Fusion World, Digimon, Star Wars Unlimited, and Flesh and Blood. Locked cases display PSA, BGS, SGC, and CGC graded slabs from low-end commons to grail-level vintage and modern, alongside autographed memorabilia, vintage comics, Funko Pops, and hobby supplies.

Doors open at 9:00 AM EDT and run through 2:00 PM EDT — five hours of trading time that lets you work every table at a relaxed pace. Admission is free for all ages and there is no formal VIP early-entry, so the door open is the door open for everyone. Kids are warmly welcomed and dealers consistently hand out free packs and singles to engaged younger collectors. Table reservations are handled through Jeff Meyrose at 317-504-8110 — he runs companion shows in Indianapolis and Cincinnati on alternating weekends, so booking ahead is recommended.

Our Mother of Sorrows Lyons Hall is located at 774 Eastern Parkway, Louisville, KY 40217, in the heart of the Highlands neighborhood and minutes from Bardstown Road, Cherokee Park, and the University of Louisville campus. The hall is climate-controlled — a real comfort upgrade in a humid Louisville July — ADA-accessible, and laid out with wide aisles for easy browsing. Free parking is available on the parish lot and on surrounding Highlands side streets, and the Bardstown Road corridor is loaded with grab-and-go lunch spots if you want to break mid-show.

This show fits every collector type — first-timers, families, casual fans, modern flippers, breakers, and vintage hunters. For the best experience, arrive right at 9:00 AM for first dibs on freshly-stocked dealer tables, bring cash plus Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal backups, and carry a sorted want list. Pack penny sleeves, top loaders, and a hard-sided slab case. Follow @jjallstarsports on X and the JJ All Star Sportscards Facebook page for vendor previews.
