The Maryland Trading Card Expo — Summer takes over the Maryland State Fairgrounds 4-H Building on Sunday, June 14, 2026 for one of the most well-established multi-vendor trading-card events in the entire Mid-Atlantic. Hosted at 2200 York Road in Timonium, this Sunday-only expo packs 50-plus vendor tables of sports cards, TCG, Pokémon, Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Lorcana, One Piece, memorabilia, and pop-culture collectibles into a fairgrounds exhibition hall just nine miles north of downtown Baltimore. The expo consistently pulls Baltimore-metro collectors driving in from Timonium, Lutherville, Hunt Valley, Cockeysville, Towson, Pikesville, Owings Mills, downtown Baltimore, Catonsville, Glen Burnie, Bel Air, Columbia, and across the Pennsylvania state line from York and Lancaster. Father's Day Weekend timing makes this one of the most family-friendly Sundays on the Mid-Atlantic card-show calendar.
The vendor floor packs together every corner of the trading card hobby. Sports tables stock deep MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL, UFC, boxing, MMA, soccer, and college football inventory across every era — vintage Topps, Bowman, Fleer, Goudey, Play Ball, and pre-war tobacco runs from the early 1900s through the 1980s, junk-wax 1990s monster boxes, and modern Panini Prizm, Donruss Optic, Select, Mosaic, Topps Chrome, Bowman Draft, and premium Topps Dynasty, National Treasures, Flawless, and Immaculate. Baltimore Orioles, Baltimore Ravens, Washington Commanders, Washington Capitals, Washington Wizards, Washington Nationals, Maryland Terrapins, Navy, and Johns Hopkins lacrosse inventory moves consistently. TCG tables stock Pokémon singles and sealed from vintage WOTC Base, Jungle, Fossil, and Team Rocket through modern Scarlet & Violet and Japanese exclusives, Magic: The Gathering Commander and Standard staples, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece TCG, Disney Lorcana, Dragon Ball Z Fusion World, Digimon, Star Wars Unlimited, and Flesh and Blood. Locked cases display PSA, BGS, SGC, and CGC graded slabs from low-end commons to grail-level vintage and modern, alongside autographed memorabilia, vintage comics, Funko Pops, hobby supplies, and a deep selection of non-sports trading cards including Garbage Pail Kids, Marvel, Star Wars, and vintage tobacco-era inserts.
Doors open Sunday, June 14 from 9:00 AM EDT through 2:00 PM EDT — a five-hour Sunday window that lets you work the entire room thoroughly. General admission is $10 at the door, available online in advance or at the gate starting at 9:00 AM. Children 10 and under are admitted free with a paying adult, limited to three children per paid admission. Door-prize raffles run hourly with prizes donated by participating vendors — graded rookie cards, sealed boxes, and TCG Elite Trainer Boxes are common giveaways.
