The New Mexico Card Show — July edition lands at Expo New Mexico on Saturday, July 11 and Sunday, July 12, 2026 for the biggest summer staging yet of New Mexico's longest-running dedicated trading-card and memorabilia event. Hosted by Ryan Maxwell, this two-day show steps up to the Expo New Mexico fairgrounds floor on the city's east side, giving vendors more room than ever to spread out more than 50 tables of sports cards, TCG, Pokémon, Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, Disney Lorcana, autographed memorabilia, and pop-culture collectibles. It consistently pulls collectors driving in from Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Santa Fe, Los Lunas, Belen, Bernalillo, Corrales, Edgewood, Socorro, Grants, Gallup, and across the state line from El Paso, Las Cruces, Farmington, and Durango. Mid-July timing puts the show in the heart of MLB hobby release season — 2026 Topps Series 2, Topps Chrome, and Bowman are everywhere — alongside NBA free-agency buzz, the NFL preseason build-up, and a fully-loaded Albuquerque Isotopes Triple-A homestand at Isotopes Park.
The vendor floor packs every corner of the trading card hobby. Sports tables stock deep MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL, UFC, boxing, MMA, soccer, and college football inventory across every era — vintage Topps, Bowman, Fleer, Goudey, and pre-war tobacco runs from the early 1900s through the 1980s, junk-wax 1990s monster boxes, and modern Panini Prizm, Donruss Optic, Select, Mosaic, Topps Chrome, and premium Topps Dynasty, National Treasures, Flawless, and Immaculate. New Mexico Lobos basketball and football, Albuquerque Isotopes, New Mexico United USL soccer, Dallas Cowboys, Denver Broncos, Denver Nuggets, Phoenix Suns, Arizona Diamondbacks, Colorado Rockies, Las Vegas Raiders, and Vegas Golden Knights inventory moves consistently. TCG tables stock Pokémon singles and sealed from vintage WOTC Base through modern Scarlet & Violet and Japanese exclusives, Magic: The Gathering Commander and Standard staples, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece TCG, Disney Lorcana, Dragon Ball Z Fusion World, Digimon, Star Wars Unlimited, and Flesh and Blood. Locked cases display PSA, BGS, SGC, and CGC graded slabs alongside autographed memorabilia, vintage comics, Funko Pops, and hobby supplies.
Doors open Saturday, July 11 from 10:00 AM MDT to 5:00 PM MDT for the main show floor. Sunday, July 12 wraps the weekend from 10:00 AM MDT to 5:00 PM MDT with the deepest dealer-cut deals of the show. General admission is $5 at the door for both days, kids 12 and under admitted completely free with a paying adult. Door-prize raffles run hourly with prizes donated by participating vendors — graded rookie cards, sealed boxes, and Pokémon Elite Trainer Boxes are common giveaways.
Expo New Mexico sits at 300 San Pedro Drive NE, Albuquerque, NM 87108, with easy access from Interstate 40 at the San Mateo and Louisiana exits and acres of on-site fairgrounds parking. The exhibit hall is climate-controlled — essential comfort for a New Mexico July afternoon — ADA-accessible, and laid out with wide aisles.
This show fits every collector type — first-timers, families, casual fans, modern flippers, breakers, prospect hunters, vintage buyers, and competitive tournament players. For the best experience, arrive at 10:00 AM Saturday sharp for first dibs on freshly-stocked dealer tables, bring cash plus Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal backups, and carry a sorted want list. Pack penny sleeves, top loaders, and a hard-sided slab case. Save the last forty-five minutes Sunday for negotiation — dealers cut prices before tearing down.
