The SD Card Show takes over Bing Crosby Hall at the Del Mar Fairgrounds for one of the biggest two-day card shows in the entire Western United States, featuring over 300 vendor tables spread across one of San Diego County's premier event venues. This is a flagship event on the San Diego card show circuit and one of the most consistently excellent shows in Southern California.
The Del Mar Fairgrounds location on Jimmy Durante Boulevard offers an enormous amount of vendor floor space, making it possible to accommodate the full breadth of the card and collectibles hobby under one roof. Sports card collectors will find incredible selections of modern and vintage baseball, basketball, football, and hockey material — from budget raw singles to high-end graded slabs in PSA, BGS, and SGC holders. The show is equally strong for Pokémon, TCG, and collectibles.
Organized by veteran promoter Robby and the same team behind the OC Card Show and Portland Card Show, the SD Card Show Del Mar maintains the high standard of production quality and vendor vetting that collectors have come to rely on. The fairgrounds location offers easy access from Interstate 5 and Del Mar Heights Road with plenty of parking on site.
Early admission tickets ($15) are available for collectors wanting to get the jump on the general admission crowd ($10). Kids 10 and under attend free with a paying adult. Show hours are Saturday–Sunday 11AM–5PM. Trade night tickets are available on Saturday evening for after-hours buying and selling.
The Del Mar edition of the SD Card Show typically represents the largest scale event in the San Diego card calendar — if you can only make one San Diego show this spring, this is the one. Buy your tickets in advance online as this show regularly sells out early admission slots.
