About This Event

PKMN Collective's Bayview Night Market rings in December on Tuesday, December 1, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Bayview Golf Course in Kaneohe. The first-Tuesday edition opens the holiday month for Windward Oahu collectors, and it arrives right after the Thanksgiving-weekend shows in town, so trade binders are full of fresh pickups and the mood is squarely on gifts, set completion, and end-of-year deals.

Pokemon is the reason most people come, and December brings the widest variety of the year. Expect modern illustration rares and special art cards, Japanese promos and exclusives that circulate within the Collective's network, sealed ETBs, booster boxes, and holiday collection boxes that make ideal gifts, and graded vintage slabs. Set builders push hard in December to finish collections before the year ends, so reverse holos, trainer galleries, and bulk rares trade briskly. Other games maintain a smaller presence: One Piece, Lorcana, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Magic: The Gathering, plus a few sports card binders with NBA and NFL rookies from the fall shows. Several regulars bring affordable starter lots specifically for parents shopping for young collectors.

Hours are 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The market fills in after 5:00 PM, and the trading is most active after sunset once the evening cools and the lights come on.

Bayview Golf Course is at 45-285 Kaneohe Bay Drive off Kamehameha Highway in Kaneohe, roughly 25 minutes from Honolulu over the Pali or Likelike. Parking is free in the course lot. The market takes place outdoors under vendor canopies; December is the wettest stretch of the year on the Windward side, so bring a jacket and a plastic bag or box to protect your binder, and know that the market carries on in light rain but may call off in heavy weather. Food is generally available on site, and Kaneohe town and the Windward Mall are minutes away.

Admission is free with no registration.

Families and beginners will find this one of the friendliest events on the island. The outdoor layout gives keiki room to move, and the trade-first culture means a kid with a binder of commons is treated as a real collector. Experienced collectors come for the trade volume and for the Japanese cards that show up here before the town shows. Holiday shoppers get direct access to local sellers with sealed product and starter lots at fair prices.

Tips: sort your binder by set and rarity, bring a phone light for inspecting cards after dark, carry small bills for cash-plus-trade deals, and pack sleeves, top loaders, and a small box for pickups. Arrive before 5:00 PM for the first look at vendor tables. If you are gift shopping, ask early about sealed product; it tends to be spoken for by the end of the night.
