🃏 About This Event

The San Francisco Card Show takes over the San Francisco Marriott Marquis downtown for three full days, Friday through Sunday, August 28 to 30, 2026 — and the timing is the story. This is the same weekend the Pokémon World Championships bring tens of thousands of players and collectors to Moscone Center, five minutes up the street. Presented in partnership with Classic Materials, the show is positioned as the sports-and-collectibles counterpart to Worlds week, and dealers from across the country are booking tables specifically because the city will be saturated with collectors. If you attend one San Francisco card show in 2026, this is it.

Expect the deepest sports floor the city sees all year. Dealers bring MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL, UFC, boxing, and soccer inventory spanning every era: 1950s and 1960s Topps and Bowman vintage, T206 and pre-war material at the high-end tables, 1970s and 1980s runs for set builders, junk-wax commons in dollar boxes, and modern Panini Prizm, Donruss Optic, Select, Mosaic, Contenders, Topps Chrome, Bowman Draft, Stadium Club, and premium National Treasures, Immaculate, and Flawless. San Francisco Giants, San Francisco 49ers, Golden State Warriors, San Jose Sharks, and Oakland Athletics material runs deep, and Worlds week guarantees an unusually strong Pokémon presence as well — expect raw singles across every era, Japanese exclusives, graded illustration rares, and sealed product, plus Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, Disney Lorcana, and Dragon Ball Super. Locked cases display PSA, BGS, SGC, and CGC slabs, and additional tables carry autographed memorabilia, signed baseballs, jerseys, and helmets, vintage comics, Funko Pops, retro video games, and supplies.

Day by day: Friday, August 28 runs 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific; Saturday, August 29 runs 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific; Sunday, August 30 runs 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific. Admission is $15 for adults and children under 12 enter free with a paying adult. Parking is free — a genuinely remarkable perk for a downtown San Francisco venue, where garage rates routinely exceed the price of admission. Per-day hours were still being finalized by the promoter at the time of listing, so confirm before you travel.

The San Francisco Marriott Marquis is at 780 Mission Street in SoMa, directly across from Yerba Buena Gardens and one block from Moscone Center. Powell Street and Montgomery Street BART and Muni Metro stations are within a five-minute walk, and the venue is fully climate-controlled and ADA-accessible. The surrounding blocks hold SFMOMA, the Metreon, and dozens of restaurants and coffee shops.

This show fits everyone: serious buyers chasing vintage and high-end modern, dealers restocking, Pokémon players in town for Worlds looking to shop sports on a break, families with kids, and first-timers who want a real three-day show.

Best advice — go Friday. Friday mornings at multi-day shows are when the sharpest inventory is fresh and the aisles are walkable. Bring cash, a want list by sport and player, sleeves and top loaders, and comfortable shoes. Follow the San Francisco Card Show on Facebook for the dealer list and final hours.
