🃏 About This Event

TXCardFest returns to Austin for its fall edition the weekend of September 5-6, 2026, giving Central Texas collectors another full two-day weekend on the state's busiest card show tour. Coming back after its June Austin stop, this is the perfect way to kick off the football season — Labor Day weekend is prime time for fresh rips, new releases, and dealers loaded up for the fall, and a two-day format means there is no need to rush. With editions across San Antonio, Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, Laredo, and the Rio Grande Valley, TXCardFest reliably pulls a strong regional dealer turnout to each stop.

The vendor floor covers the whole hobby. Sports collectors will find MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL, UFC, boxing, and soccer cards across dollar boxes, mid-grade binders, and locked showcases — modern Topps Chrome, Bowman Chrome prospects, Panini Prizm, Donruss Optic, Select, and Mosaic alongside vintage Topps, Bowman, and Fleer. With football season opening, expect dealers to lean into NFL rookies and case-hits. Trading card games are well represented too: Pokémon singles and sealed product across the Scarlet & Violet era, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, Disney Lorcana, and Dragon Ball Z. Round it out with graded PSA, BGS, SGC, and CGC slabs, sealed wax, autographs and memorabilia, comics, Funko Pops, and supply tables stocked with sleeves, top loaders, magnetics, and binders.

The show runs both Saturday and Sunday. Doors typically open mid-morning and run into the late afternoon each day, with the first hour often reserved for early-bird or VIP buyers who want first crack at fresh inventory; check the TXCardFest website for the exact Austin hours, venue address, and ticket tiers, since these are confirmed per stop. General admission is affordable and kids' pricing is usually offered, making it an easy holiday-weekend outing for the whole family.

Who should attend? Central Texas locals chasing a player or set, families introducing kids to the hobby, set builders hunting singles, Pokémon and One Piece players restocking, football collectors loading up for the new season, and serious buyers who want to deal face-to-face with a large rotating cast of dealers. Because TXCardFest tours the state, it is also a great place to connect with vendors you would otherwise only see in other Texas metros.

To get the most out of the day, arrive near the open if you have a specific chase — the sharpest vintage and the best deals tend to move in the first hour. Bring cash for the fastest, friendliest transactions, with Venmo and Zelle as backups, and carry a sorted want list with target prices so you can move decisively. Pack a slab case and a few extra top loaders for pickups, and bring a trade binder if you like to deal. For the latest date confirmation, venue, table count, and ticket links, check txcardfest.com and follow TXCardFest on Instagram and Facebook for vendor announcements leading up to the show.
