The Pokemon Company has fully revealed the card list and product lineup for Mega Evolution—Chaos Rising, the next major expansion hitting shelves on May 22, 2026. Prereleases kick off from May 9 through May 17 at participating local game stores, giving collectors and players an early crack at the 122-card set.
Chaos Rising is headlined by the Mega Hyper Rare Mega Greninja ex, which sits at the top of the rarity ladder and is already generating serious buzz among collectors. The set features five Mega Evolution Pokemon ex in total, six Special Illustration Rares, and over 35 cards with special art treatments.
What Cards Are in Chaos Rising?
The expansion centers around a dramatic conflict in Lumiose City, with Mega Greninja ex and Mega Floette ex at the heart of the story. Here are the marquee cards revealed so far:
