Pokemon TCG June 2026 Drop Schedule: Chaos Rising Build and Battle Box, World Championship Decks, and First Partner Illustration Series 2
The Pokemon Company has confirmed June's full TCG lineup: a Chaos Rising Build and Battle Box, replicas of the 2025 World Championship decks, new booster tins, and the second wave of the First Partner Illustration Collection on June 19 featuring Chikorita, Tepig, and Totodile.
The Pokemon Company has now confirmed the full June 2026 TCG product calendar, and the headline items are clear: a Chaos Rising Build & Battle Box for newer players, World Championship Decks for competitive fans, and a second wave of the First Partner Illustration Collection.
Chaos Rising Build & Battle Box
The Build & Battle Box from the just-released Mega Evolution β Chaos Rising expansion arrives this month as the entry-level on-ramp to the set. It's the cheapest way to get four Chaos Rising boosters plus a curated 40-card deck and a promo, and historically the Build & Battle Box is the safest casual purchase from any new set because the math always works out cleaner than buying loose packs.
2025 World Championship Decks
Pokemon is also rolling out replicas of the decks that reached the top finishes at the 2025 Pokemon World Championships. These tend to move in two waves at retail β initial enthusiasm at launch, then a slow second wind as those archetypes age into Expanded play. The 2025 lineup will be especially watched given the format shifts heading into the Chaos Rising metagame.
First Partner Illustration Collection β Series 2 (June 19)
The second wave of the First Partner Illustration Collection lands on June 19, 2026, putting Chikorita, Tepig, and Totodile in the spotlight with atmospheric artwork and special Illustration Rare promos.
- Each box includes Illustration Rare promo cards of the featured first partners.
- Limited print run versus standard SKUs based on early retailer allocations.
- Series 1 of this line is already trending up on the secondary market, which has set a reasonable expectation that Series 2 will sell through quickly on launch day.
Tins, Boxes, and Smaller SKUs
The rest of the June lineup fills in the usual gift-channel and value-channel slots: new booster tins, Mini Tins, and themed boxes built around recent Scarlet & Violet era Pokemon. These are the products that tend to disappear fastest from big-box retail during a hype cycle, so set alerts at Target and Walmart if you're hunting them.
Secondary Market Context
While we wait on the new June drops, the secondary market for Chaos Rising has settled into the quiet that always follows a major launch. The opening frenzy has passed and the set's chase tier is in a gentle cooldown β Mega Greninja ex is still the run-away chase, but the price floor is firming up rather than cratering.
Interestingly, the Mega Greninja debut has sent collectors back into their old binders. Greninja BREAK from 2016's BREAKpoint has perked up as Mega Greninja mania sends fans hunting for the ninja's earlier appearances, with Near Mint Holofoil copies trading at around $25.
We'll be covering each June drop on release day with checklists, pull-rate notes, and street-price tracking.
