For event organizers

List Your Card Show in front of collectors already looking for one

Anyone can list a card show, Pokémon tournament, or trading card convention here for free. For $20, a Featured listing skips the wait and gets pinned where nearby collectors are already browsing.

The Featured slot is shared, not bought outright. Nearby featured events rotate through it daily — regular turns, never permanent ownership.

Paying does not buy you anything in Google. You go live on the site immediately, but search indexing still waits on a human review — the same wait as a free listing.

Free vs Featured

Free gets you listed. Featured gets you seen sooner.

Free is the product. Featured puts your show in front of people who are already deciding their weekend — pinned above the regular listings on your state page, your city page, and the homepage near the venue, with your website or ticket link right on the page. It does not change how your listing is reviewed or where it lands in Google.

Where it appears

Three places, all of them above the fold

A Featured listing is pinned into a labelled slot on each of these pages for visitors near your venue, until your show ends. Free listings appear on all the same pages — in date order, below the pinned slot.

Then the rest of the calendar

An illustration, not a live listing. This is the slot itself — the label, the heading and the card are the same ones the state page renders. Your listing sits in it; everything below the line is the ordinary date-ordered calendar.

Your city page

The narrowest, highest-intent page we have — someone reading it has already told us where they are.

How it works

Four steps, no account

01

Fill in the form

Name, dates, venue and address, and optionally a flyer. Two or three minutes. Nothing is charged and nothing is chosen yet.

02

We email you a link

No password to set. That one private link is how you edit, cancel, or upgrade the listing later, so use an address you'll still have next month.

03

Choose free or Featured

After your event is saved, not before. Free is already applied — Featured is an upgrade you can take then, or later from your link, or never.

04

It goes live

Featured listings appear on the site immediately. Free listings appear after review, usually within one business day. Both are indexed only after that review.

Pricing

One price, one event, no subscription

$20 One time · per event Runs until your show ends. Nothing renews.
  • Live on the site immediately — no wait for review before it appears.
  • Pinned into the Featured slot on your state page, your city page, and the homepage for nearby visitors, until your event ends.
  • Your website or ticket link on the listing — a free listing can save one, but only a Featured listing displays it.

  • Not an exclusive slot. Nearby featured events take turns in this slot — it changes daily. A Featured listing buys regular turns, not permanent ownership.

You are not asked to pay anything until after your event is saved.

Questions

The things people ask before paying

Does paying get my event into Google faster?
No — and we won't sell that. A Featured listing appears on the site the moment you pay, but it stays out of Google until an editor has read it. That is the same queue and the same wait as a free listing, usually one business day. Search rankings are the whole business here, so there is no amount of money that buys a page into them without a human looking first.
Do I own the Featured slot for my area?
No. The slot is shared. Nearby featured events take turns in this slot — it changes daily. A Featured listing buys regular turns, not permanent ownership. If three featured events are running near the same city, each of them gets its turn on a rota that changes every day. You are buying regular, repeated exposure in a prominent position — not an exclusive one.
What does $20 actually change?
Three things. Your listing skips the wait and goes live on the site immediately, it gets pinned into the Featured slot on your state page, your city page, and the homepage for visitors near your venue until your event ends, and your website or ticket link appears on the listing — a free listing can still save one, it just won't be shown until you upgrade. Everything else — how it's reviewed, whether it's indexed — is identical to a free listing.
Is a free listing worse than a paid one?
No. A free listing sits on the same calendar, appears on the same state and city pages, and is indexed on the same terms. The differences are how quickly it appears, whether it's pinned to the top, and whether your website or ticket link is shown — a free listing can still save one, it just won't display until you upgrade. Most events on this site are free listings.
Can I get a refund?
Ask us and we'll look at it. Paid placements are reviewed case by case rather than refunded on request — reply to any email we've sent you about the event, or use the contact form, and a person reads it, usually the same day. Asking never takes your event down. Section 6 of our terms sets out where we do and don't refund.
Do I need to create an account?
No. There are no accounts for event submissions. We email you one private link, and that link is the only way to edit or cancel your listing — so use an address you'll still have next month. Links last 30 days and you can request a fresh one at any time.
What if you can't find my venue on a map?
Then we won't sell you a Featured slot for it. Featured listings are shown to people browsing near the venue, so an address we can't place on a map has nothing to appear next to. Your event still gets listed for free and still goes live after review — we just decline the upgrade rather than charge for a placement that would stay empty. It's usually a typo, and we'll show you what to check.
What kinds of events can I list?
Card shows, Pokémon tournaments, sports card conventions, and TCG events generally — anything a collector would travel to. One listing per event. We turn down anything that isn't a real, dated, public event at a findable venue.
How long does review take?
Usually within one business day, for free and Featured listings alike. If yours has been sitting longer than three business days, reply to your confirmation email and we'll look at it.

Got a show coming up?

Listing it costs nothing and takes a couple of minutes. Decide about Featured afterwards — or not at all.
