The inaugural Bay Area Card Show takes over the Santa Clara County Fairgrounds Expo Hall in San Jose on October 10 and 11, 2026, with more than 300 tables of sports cards and trading card games spread across 45,000 square feet. Billed as the premier Northern California card show for sports and TCG, this first-ever edition arrives with big-name sponsors, on-site grading, sanctioned tournaments, and more than a thousand dollars in giveaways, making it the largest new card event to launch in the South Bay in years.
The floor is built for both sides of the hobby. Sports card dealers bring rare rookies, graded cards, vintage classics, and modern stars across NFL, NBA, MLB, and NHL, with heavy 49ers, Warriors, Giants, and Sharks representation. Trading card game vendors stock Pokemon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, and more. Featured vendors and sponsors include Slab Heroes, PWCC, Goldin, Blowout, Card Ladder, Alt, Topps, Bowman, and Panini. PSA and CGC will operate express grading windows on site, sanctioned Pokemon TCG and One Piece events run over the weekend, an open trade pit welcomes binders all weekend, and a Junior Trainers zone offers starter decks and beginner trades for kids.
Each day, VIP early access begins at 10:00 AM and general admission doors open at 11:00 AM, with the show closing at 5:00 PM. Giveaway winners for two 250-dollar shopping sprees are announced at 2:00 PM each day.
Tickets are sold online through the show's website with early-bird pricing available through October 1. Aggregator listings show general admission around ten dollars, with a VIP tier for early entry. Kids under ten are free with a paying adult. Tournament slots are limited and must be registered in advance through the ticket portal.
The Santa Clara County Fairgrounds Expo Hall is located at 344 Tully Road, San Jose, CA 95111, just off Highway 101 at Tully Road. Parking is free, and food is available on site. The fairgrounds are about ten minutes from downtown San Jose.
This show is a must for serious sports card collectors, a strong draw for Pokemon and One Piece players thanks to sanctioned events, and family-friendly with free kids' entry and a dedicated beginner zone. Dealers are buying, so bring cards to sell.
