Collectors Expo Los Angeles 2027 moves to the Fairplex in Pomona for a two-day convention on Saturday, January 16 and Sunday, January 17, 2027. Collectors Expo is the flagship card-and-collectibles convention from Impulse Universe, the group behind Anime Impulse, K-Play! Fest, and Sneaker Expo, and the Los Angeles edition is its biggest West Coast date — a full convention experience built around trading card games, with industry guests, exclusive collaborations, tournaments, arcades, and giveaways layered on top of a huge vendor floor. The 2027 move to the Fairplex gives the show more space than any previous LA edition.
The vendor hall is TCG-first and collectibles-heavy. Pokemon dominates — singles, graded slabs, sealed modern and vintage product, Japanese exclusives — with One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Disney Lorcana, and Magic: The Gathering close behind, plus sanctioned and casual tournaments on the show floor. Collectors Expo's signature crossover fills the rest of the hall: Pop Mart and blind-box figures, Funko Pops, K-pop collectibles, plushies, anime merchandise, and free-to-play arcade cabinets. Sports cards appear at some tables but are not the focus; treat this as a TCG and pop-collectibles weekend.
Hours had not been posted at listing time; prior Collectors Expo LA editions ran roughly 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday and 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Sunday, so plan around that and confirm on the event page. Tickets are sold through eventim.us, with single-day and two-day general admission plus a VIP tier that typically includes early entry, an exclusive collectible, and a lanyard. Pricing for 2027 was not yet published; recent Collectors Expo dates have run in the $20 to $35 range for single-day GA with children under a set age free — check the ticket page for the current policy.
The Fairplex is at 2118 North White Avenue in Pomona, directly off the 10 freeway at White Avenue and Fairplex Drive. On-site parking is available at a daily event rate, with the main lots off White Avenue and McKinley Avenue. The venue draws from Pomona, Claremont, La Verne, San Dimas, Diamond Bar, Chino, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, and the whole east San Gabriel Valley, and the Sheraton Fairplex next door hosts Collectors Expo's Card Swap shows.
Who should attend? Pokemon and One Piece collectors, tournament players, anime and K-pop fans, families who want a full convention day with arcades and mascots, and anyone who attended the October Card Swap dates and wants the full-scale version.
Tips: buy tickets early — Collectors Expo's Anaheim and LA editions have sold out VIP in advance. Arrive at opening for exclusive collaboration drops, bring cash plus Venmo and Zelle, a trade binder, a want list, and a slab case. Register for tournaments in advance on the event page.
