The GAS Card Show comes back to Lee's Summit on Saturday, October 17 and Sunday, October 18, 2026 for the fall edition of the long-running flagship Kansas City-area GAS weekend show at The Pavilion at John Knox Village. With 200 vendor tables packed into the climate-controlled Pavilion arena floor, this two-day stop has anchored the Kansas City-metro card-show calendar for years and consistently pulls collectors driving in from Lee's Summit, Blue Springs, Independence, Raytown, Grandview, Belton, downtown Kansas City MO, North Kansas City, Liberty, and across the state line from Overland Park, Lenexa, Olathe, and Shawnee. Mid-October timing drops the show right into the heart of NFL hobby season — 2026 Panini Prizm Football, Donruss Optic, Select Football, Mosaic Football, and Topps Chrome College Football are stacking up — alongside the Kansas City Chiefs midseason push, the NBA tip-off, the early NHL season, MLB postseason fever, and the Kansas Jayhawks, Kansas State Wildcats, and Missouri Tigers college football schedules.
The vendor floor packs 200 dealer tables across every corner of the trading card hobby. Sports tables stock deep MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL, UFC, boxing, MMA, soccer, and college football inventory across every era — vintage Topps, Bowman, Fleer, Goudey, Play Ball, and pre-war tobacco runs from the early 1900s through the 1980s, junk-wax 1990s monster boxes, and modern Panini Prizm, Donruss Optic, Select, Mosaic, Topps Chrome, Bowman Draft, and premium Topps Dynasty, National Treasures, Flawless, and Immaculate. Kansas City Chiefs, Kansas City Royals, Sporting Kansas City, Kansas City Current, Kansas City Mavericks, Kansas Jayhawks, Kansas State Wildcats, Missouri Tigers, Nebraska Cornhuskers, and St. Louis Cardinals inventory moves consistently and is a Kansas City-metro signature you will not find at out-of-region shows. TCG tables stock Pokémon singles and sealed from vintage WOTC Base through modern Scarlet & Violet, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece TCG, Disney Lorcana, Dragon Ball Z Fusion World, Star Wars Unlimited, and Flesh and Blood. Locked cases display PSA, BGS, SGC, and CGC graded slabs alongside autographed memorabilia, vintage comics, Funko Pops, and hobby supplies.
Doors open Saturday, October 17 from 10:00 AM CDT to 7:00 PM CDT — nine full hours of trading time. Sunday, October 18 wraps the weekend from 10:00 AM CDT to 5:00 PM CDT with the deepest dealer-cut deals of the show. General admission is $5 daily or $8 for a full weekend pass, payable in cash at the door — among the best value-per-dealer-table ratios of any organized show in the Kansas City metro. Kids 12 and under are admitted free with a paying adult, and on-site giveaways and door-prize raffles run periodically throughout each day.
The Pavilion at John Knox Village is at 520 NW Murray Road, Lee's Summit, MO 64081, just off Highway 291 with quick access from Interstate 470 and Interstate 70. The climate-controlled Pavilion arena is ADA-accessible and laid out with very wide aisles that handle the 200-table crowd comfortably. Free parking is plentiful in the on-site John Knox Village lot, and the surrounding Lee's Summit corridor has plenty of grab-and-go food options including BBQ, burgers, and coffee shops.
This show fits every collector type — first-timers, families, casual fans, modern flippers, breakers, prospect hunters, vintage hunters, and Pokémon and TCG players. For the best experience, buy the $8 weekend pass and work both days, arrive at 10:00 AM Saturday sharp for first dibs on freshly-stocked dealer tables, bring cash plus Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal backups, and carry a sorted want list. Pack penny sleeves, top loaders, and a hard-sided slab case. Email GAScardshows@gmail.com or call 816-708-8535 for details and table reservations.
