🃏 About This Event

The JJ All Star Sportscards Show returns to Fishers American Legion Post 470 on Saturday, August 15, 2026 for another installment of the Indianapolis metro's busiest free-admission monthly card show. With back-to-school season underway and the start of football just around the corner, mid-August is a prime time to restock binders, chase new-release rookies, and dig for vintage before the fall hobby rush. Hosted by promoter Jeff Meyrose, the show consistently fills a comfortable single-level room with vendor tables and draws steady traffic from across central Indiana.

The vendor floor brings the broad cross-section that has made this series a regional institution. Sports card dealers pack MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL, UFC, boxing, and soccer inventory across every era — vintage Topps, Bowman, and Fleer from the 1950s through the 1980s, junk-wax 1990s staples, and modern Panini Prizm, Donruss Optic, Select, Topps Chrome, Bowman Draft, and premium National Treasures, Flawless, and Immaculate. Indianapolis Colts, Indiana Pacers, Notre Dame Fighting Irish, Indiana Hoosiers, and Purdue Boilermakers inventory is reliably deep, with strong supplementary product on Cincinnati Reds, Chicago Cubs, Chicago Bears, Chicago Bulls, and Detroit Tigers. TCG dealers bring Pokemon singles and sealed from vintage WOTC Base Set, Jungle, Fossil, and Team Rocket through Scarlet & Violet hits, Japanese exclusives, promos, and graded slabs, alongside Magic: The Gathering Commander and Standard, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece TCG, Disney Lorcana, Dragon Ball Super, Digimon, and Star Wars Unlimited. Locked cases display PSA, BGS, SGC, and CGC graded slabs, while additional tables stock autographed memorabilia, vintage comics, Funko Pops, video games, and hobby supplies.

Show hours run 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM EDT. Admission is free for all attendees, parking in the American Legion lot is free, and door prizes are distributed throughout the morning while supplies last. Kids are welcomed and encouraged — many longtime collectors bring their children specifically because the free-entry model makes the show approachable and budget-friendly.

Fishers American Legion Post 470 sits at 9091 East 126th Street, Fishers, IN 46038, just off Allisonville Road and minutes from I-69 — easy to reach from downtown Indianapolis, Carmel, Noblesville, Westfield, and Lawrence. The venue is climate-controlled, ADA-accessible, and built for comfortable aisle navigation. The post lounge usually has light concessions, and the 116th Street corridor and Hamilton Town Center restaurants are right around the corner for a pre- or post-show meal.

This show works for every collector type. Serious buyers arrive at 8:00 AM to cherry-pick vintage and high-end modern before walk-in traffic builds. Flippers and breakers restock binders and swap case-break hits at fair regional pricing. Families enjoy the relaxed environment and free admission, and TCG players use the morning to scout Pokemon and One Piece singles for upcoming League Cups across central Indiana.

For the best results, arrive right at 8:00 AM for first pick of fresh inventory, bring cash in small bills with Venmo and Zelle as backup, and carry a want list sorted by sport or TCG title plus penny sleeves, top loaders, and a sturdy carrying box. Walk the entire floor once before buying, then loop back for serious negotiation in the final hour — dealers typically cut prices late rather than repack borderline inventory. For table reservations contact Jeff Meyrose at 317-504-8110, and follow JJ All Star Sportscards on Facebook and Instagram for vendor previews, giveaway reveals, and 2026 schedule updates.
