The Johnson County Card Show, presented by Shake & Bake, returns to Homefield in Olathe on Saturday, September 12, 2026 for a one-day, free-admission Saturday show that lands right at the start of football season — the busiest sports-card stretch of the Kansas City hobby calendar. Hosted at the Homefield sports and events complex in Olathe, this recurring show turns the event hall into a packed dealer floor and consistently pulls Kansas City-metro collectors driving in from Olathe, Overland Park, Lenexa, Shawnee, Gardner, Spring Hill, Leawood, Kansas City KS, downtown Kansas City MO, and across the state line from Independence and Lee's Summit.
Doors open at 9:00 AM CDT and run through 3:00 PM CDT — six hours of trading time that fits neatly into a fall Saturday morning before kickoff.
Homefield is located in Olathe, KS, minutes off Interstate 35 and Kansas Highway 7 with quick access from 151st Street and the US-169 corridor.
For the best experience, arrive at 9:00 AM sharp for first dibs on freshly-stocked tables, bring cash plus Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal backups, and carry a sorted want list with your top Chiefs and Royals targets. Follow the Kansas City Metro Area Sportscards community and kansascardshow.com for vendor previews and the confirmed Homefield address.
