The MN State Fair Collectors Convention takes over the North End Event Center on the Minnesota State Fairgrounds in Falcon Heights on Saturday, October 3, 2026, and the venue alone makes it worth the trip. Hosted by P and P TCG and Collectibles, this is a full convention-scale show on the same grounds that host the Great Minnesota Get-Together each summer, running in a purpose-built event hall with the space, lighting and parking that come with a state fairground.
Hours are Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., a single-day format that keeps the room full and active for the whole seven hours. Admission is free and parking is free, which is genuinely unusual for a fairgrounds event and removes the two costs that most often deter families from attending a convention-format show.
Parking is on the fairgrounds itself, so there is effectively unlimited space and a short walk to the door.
A free-admission show at a well-known venue draws a strong morning crowd, and the best vintage typically moves before noon.
