🃏 About This Event

The Omaha Card Show returns to Firefighters Hall on Sunday, October 11, 2026 for the October edition of metro Omaha's longest-running monthly Sunday card and collectibles marketplace. Hosted by Omaha Sports Cards at 6005 Grover Street between 60th and 72nd, this Sunday-only show fills the Firefighters Hall ballroom with a packed dealer floor and consistently pulls collectors from Bellevue, La Vista, Papillion, Ralston, Millard, Elkhorn, Gretna, Bennington, Council Bluffs, Glenwood, and Lincoln. Mid-October dates put this show in one of the busiest sports windows on the calendar — the MLB Division Series and League Championship Series are both running, NFL Week 6 is in progress, the NHL season has just dropped puck, the NBA preseason wraps and regular-season tip-off is days away, and college football Saturday delivers Big Ten and Big 12 rivalry storylines that move Cornhusker, Hawkeye, and Cyclone inventory fast.

The vendor floor covers every corner of the trading card hobby. Sports tables stock deep MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL, UFC, boxing, MMA, soccer, and college football across every era — vintage Topps, Bowman, Fleer, Goudey, Play Ball, and pre-war tobacco runs from the early 1900s through the 1980s, junk-wax 1990s monster boxes, and modern Panini Prizm, Donruss Optic, Select, Mosaic, Topps Chrome, Bowman Draft, and premium Topps Dynasty, National Treasures, Flawless, and Immaculate. October is when NBA rookies start to surge — Upper Deck and Panini Mosaic Basketball rookies, NBA Hoops, and Donruss Optic dominate basketball binders, and Topps Now MLB postseason cards make their way into showcases days after the games. Nebraska Cornhuskers, Creighton Bluejays, Omaha Storm Chasers, Kansas City Chiefs and Royals, Iowa Hawkeyes, and Iowa State Cyclones inventory anchors the local-team showcases. TCG tables stock Pokemon singles and sealed product from vintage WOTC Base through modern Scarlet & Violet, plus Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece TCG, Disney Lorcana, Dragon Ball Z Fusion World, Star Wars Unlimited, and Flesh and Blood. Locked cases display PSA, BGS, SGC, and CGC graded slabs alongside autographed memorabilia, vintage comics, Funko Pops, and hobby supplies.

Doors open at 9:00 AM Central and run straight through to 3:00 PM Central — six full hours of trading that lets you work the room top-to-bottom, take a midday lunch break (with NFL afternoon games on at nearby sports bars), and circle back for the final hour negotiation window. General admission is completely free for all ages and there is no formal VIP early-entry. Kids are warmly welcomed and dealers regularly hand out free packs and singles to younger collectors.

Firefighters Hall sits at 6005 Grover Street, Omaha, NE 68106, just off I-80 between 60th and 72nd Streets in central Omaha. The hall is climate-controlled, ADA-accessible, and laid out with wide aisles. Free parking is plentiful in the on-site lot, and the 72nd Street corridor surrounds the show with food — Old Mattress Factory, Stella's Bar & Grill, La Mesa Mexican, and dozens of fast-casual spots minutes away. NHL hockey collectors will appreciate the timing — Upper Deck Series 1 NHL is the must-find product for October buyers.

This show fits every collector profile — first-timers, families, casual fans, modern flippers, prospect hunters, vintage diggers, and Pokemon and TCG players. For the best experience, arrive at 9:00 AM sharp for first dibs on freshly-stocked tables, bring cash plus Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal backups, and carry a sorted want list. Pack penny sleeves, top loaders, and a hard-sided slab case.
