🃏 About This Event

Football season is here, and so is the September edition of the Pikes Peak Card Show, landing at the Norris Penrose Event Center in Colorado Springs on Saturday, September 12, 2026. With the NFL season kicking off and college football in full swing, the fall shows on this long-running series are traditionally when football cards dominate the tables — making this the best single day of the season for Broncos collectors and NFL rookie chasers in southern Colorado to restock.

As the longest-running card and collectibles show in the region, the Pikes Peak Card Show reliably fills the event center with 150-plus vendor tables. Football will be everywhere in September, from vintage Hall of Fame rookies to the newest releases, but the show covers the whole hobby: baseball cards as the MLB pennant races heat up, basketball ahead of the new NBA season, hockey, soccer, UFC, and racing. The trading card game aisles are just as busy, with dealers moving Pokemon singles and sealed product, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, Lorcana, and Dragon Ball Z cards. Rounding out the floor are graded vintage slabs, autographed memorabilia, Star Wars collectibles, Funko Pops, comics, and every collecting supply you could need.

The show runs Saturday only, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Admission is free and so is parking, which continues to make this one of the best value collecting days anywhere in Colorado. The Norris Penrose Event Center is on Lower Gold Camp Road on the southwest side of Colorado Springs, an easy drive from anywhere in the metro area with ample free parking on site.

Everyone from first-timers to full-time dealers will find a reason to be here. Parents can bring kids for an affordable Saturday outing digging through discount boxes, set builders can knock out want lists across dozens of dealers, and serious collectors will find high-end graded inventory and dealers actively buying collections. If you have been thinking about selling cards you inherited or outgrew, this show puts a dozen potential buyers under one roof, letting you compare offers on the spot.

Veteran advice for show day: be in line before the 9:00 AM open if you are chasing hot rookies or underpriced vintage, because the best material trades hands early. Bring cash — it remains the strongest negotiating tool on any show floor — plus a want list to stay focused and a box or bag to protect your pickups. Walk the entire floor once before buying big; with this many tables, the same card is often available at more than one price.

The Pikes Peak Card Show continues through the rest of 2026 with dates on November 7 and December 5 at the same venue. September in Colorado Springs means football, fall weather, and a card show worth planning your weekend around.
