About This Event

The Pokémon Las Vegas Regional Championships descend on the Las Vegas Convention Center on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, November 13–15, 2026, taking over the cavernous North Hall N3 & N4 for one of the largest and most prestigious Pokémon competitive events on the global calendar. The Las Vegas Regional is a flagship stop on the 2026–2027 Pokémon Championship Series and runs both the Trading Card Game (TCG) and Video Game Championships (VGC) tournaments side-by-side across the weekend, alongside Pokémon GO and Pokémon UNITE side-event programming. Last year's Las Vegas Regional drew nearly 3,000 Masters TCG competitors, making it one of the largest single-format competitive Pokémon weekends ever held in North America — and the 2026 edition is on pace to rival that turnout.

The main events are split across three days. Friday is dedicated to player check-in, side events, and on-site Last Chance Qualifiers (LCQ) for players hoping to earn a Day 1 main-event seat. Saturday opens Swiss rounds for TCG, VGC, GO, and UNITE in Junior, Senior, and Masters divisions — TCG competitors play the Standard format with the current rotation, and VGC competitors play the current Regulation set under the official 2026–2027 ruleset published at the Pokémon site. Sunday runs Top Cut single-elimination rounds, the championship finals, and prize ceremonies. Doors open Friday at noon, Saturday at 7:00 AM PST, and Sunday at 7:30 AM PST. The official Pokémon TCG and VGC Twitch and YouTube channels stream the Top Cut live, with multi-caster commentary across the weekend.

Masters main-event registration is $80 and Junior and Senior registration is $40 per format, sold through the official rk9.gg event page. Spectator entry is $20 per day at the door — a great option for parents, casual fans, and collectors who want to see top-level play, browse the on-site Pokémon TCG vendor area, hunt promo cards, and attend featured-artist signings. Confirmed featured artists, exclusive Las Vegas promo cards, and Festival-style activations are announced rolling on championships.pokemon.com and @PlayPokemon on Twitter/X in the weeks before the event.

The Las Vegas Convention Center is located at 3150 Paradise Road, Las Vegas, NV 89109, directly accessible from the Las Vegas Monorail Convention Center station and walking distance from Westgate, Resorts World, and the Strip. North Hall N3 & N4 is climate-controlled and laid out for thousands of competitors with player tables, judge stations, feature-match streaming areas, an on-site vendor and artist alley, and dedicated parent and family seating. On-site paid parking is plentiful, rideshare drop-off zones are well-marked, and Westgate Las Vegas typically offers a discounted Pokémon-rate hotel block.

This event fits competitive players in every age division, casual collectors who want to see top-level play and chase exclusive promos, families traveling with kids in the Junior and Senior divisions, and out-of-state collectors planning a Pokémon-anchored Vegas weekend around the Regional. For the best experience, register your main-event format on rk9.gg as soon as registration opens (Masters slots have sold out at recent Vegas events), book Westgate or a Convention-Center-adjacent hotel early, arrive Friday for check-in and side events, bring legal-format decks plus damage-controlled backups, and pack penny sleeves, deck boxes, and a hard-sided slab case for any singles you pick up. Follow @PlayPokemon and @rk9gg on Twitter/X for live standings.
