The PokéNostalgia Card Show takes the NTX Arena floor on Saturday, November 21, 2026 with 300-plus vendor tables. Presented by Arlington Card Shows, this November date is a Saturday rather than the series' usual Sunday, and it lands the week before Thanksgiving — which in practice means it is one of the best holiday-shopping stops on the North Texas hobby calendar before December prices harden.
Pokemon is the reason this show exists and the reason people drive to it. The vintage side runs deep: graded Base Set, Jungle, Fossil, Team Rocket and Neo material in PSA, BGS and CGC holders, raw holos and first editions in top loaders, error cards, promos, and out-of-print sealed product that rarely surfaces at general card shows. The modern side is equally well stocked with current booster boxes, elite trainer boxes, collection tins and alternate arts. Japanese and Korean imports appear across multiple tables. One Piece and Dragon Ball each hold real sections, and Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic: The Gathering and Lorcana dealers round out the TCG floor. A dedicated Sports Corner serves MLB, NBA, NFL and NHL collectors with slabs, wax and singles. Anime figures, plush, Funko Pops, supplies and artist prints fill the perimeter. Thousands in giveaways run through the day and food vendors work the floor.
Hours are a single Saturday session, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Eight hours on a 300-table floor is enough to make two real passes with a lunch break in between, which is how most regulars do it.
Admission at this series has run $5 with children five and under free with a paid adult, and every ticket enters you into the prize drawings; a $10 VIP tier granting 9:00 AM floor access and exclusive giveaways has been offered at several editions. NTX Arena is at 2401 South Stemmons Freeway in Lewisville, directly off I-35E. From Arlington the run is roughly 35 to 40 minutes via Highway 360 to I-635 and north, or straight up I-35E. Restaurants along the Stemmons corridor and at the neighbouring Vista Mall complex are all within five minutes.
This is the show for vintage Pokemon collectors in Texas — the concentration of pre-2003 material beats anything else in the region short of a national convention. It is also excellent for holiday shopping, since sealed product and graded gift-grade cards are abundant and show pricing beats retail. Families do well on low admission with free entry for the youngest. Traders should bring binders. Sellers get many buying tables in one afternoon.
Tips: be at the door for the 9:00 AM open if you have a specific graded target, because the vintage cases turn over inside the first hour. Bring cash. Photograph asks on your first lap, negotiate on the second. Bring a loupe or a good pocket light for raw vintage, where centering and edges decide the price. If you are buying gifts, buy early — the week before Thanksgiving is when the good sealed product disappears.
