PopCon Indy 2027 fills the Indiana Convention Center from Friday, March 26 through Sunday, March 28, 2027, with a three-day celebration of everything pop culture. Unlike conventions that focus on a single genre, PopCon was founded to celebrate all fandoms at once, and card collectors will find plenty to do alongside the celebrity guests, cosplay, gaming and entertainment that fill the weekend. It has become one of the signature spring events in downtown Indianapolis.
For collectors, the exhibitor hall is the main attraction. Expect vendors selling Pokemon singles and sealed product, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, Lorcana and Dragon Ball cards, along with comics, manga, Funko Pops, vintage toys, anime merchandise and collectibles. Some vendors also carry sports cards and autographed memorabilia. Beyond shopping, admission includes access to tabletop gaming and CCG tournaments (some competitions require separate entry), a video gaming and esports room, main-stage programming, fan panels, celebrity autograph and photo op lines (sold separately), the Ultimate Cosplay Contest on Saturday, a magicians room, live podcasts, film festival screenings and more.
The show opens at 12:00 PM Eastern on Friday, March 26, and runs through 5:00 PM on Sunday, March 28, with regular hours each day in between; check the PopCon website for the final daily schedule. A three-day weekend admission lists at 50 dollars before tax and fees, and a VIP three-day admission lists at 175 dollars, adding 30-minute early access to the exhibitor hall each day, a VIP lounge, photo op vouchers and priority lines. The Indiana Convention Center is located at 100 South Capitol Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46225, in the heart of downtown and connected by skywalks to several hotels. Parking is available in nearby garages and surface lots, with rates that vary by location and time; arriving early or using a hotel garage can simplify the day. Downtown Indianapolis has dozens of restaurants within walking distance, including options along Georgia Street and in the Circle Centre area.
PopCon is ideal for families, since kids 10 and under are free, for TCG players who want to compete in tournaments, and for collectors who enjoy browsing a wide mix of vendors.
