🎪 About This Event

The Wisconsin Card Show returns to the Baird Center in downtown Milwaukee from Friday, September 11 through Sunday, September 13, 2026, and it is the biggest trading card event on the state's calendar. Produced by Swarmm Events in partnership with Lake County Cards, the fall edition brings more than three hundred dealer tables and a signing roster of roughly thirty athletes to a purpose-built convention floor — the kind of scale that usually requires a trip to Chicago or Cleveland.

The dealer floor is the main event. Three hundred tables means you can spend a full day without repeating a booth, and the inventory range is enormous. Vintage specialists bring 1950s and 1960s Topps and Bowman baseball, pre-war tobacco and caramel issues, and vintage football and basketball in grade. Modern dealers stack Panini Prizm, Optic, Select, Mosaic, National Treasures and Topps Chrome across MLB, NBA, NFL and NHL, with UFC, boxing, soccer and racing all represented. Wisconsin material is everywhere: Packers, Brewers, Bucks, Milwaukee Braves, Badgers and Marquette. Trading card game vendors carry Pokemon from Base Set through current Scarlet and Violet plus Japanese product, alongside Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, Disney Lorcana and Dragon Ball. Graded cases from PSA, BGS, SGC and CGC run from dollar-box slabs to six-figure headline cards, and the room also holds memorabilia, game-used pieces, comics, Funko Pops and supply vendors.

What separates this from a regional show is the athlete program. Autograph and photo sessions are presented by WSC Sports, and the promoter has brought sixty-nine athletes through its last two Milwaukee shows. Signing tickets are sold per athlete and separately from show admission, and popular names sell out in advance — buy those online before the weekend rather than hoping at the door.

Hours follow the promoter's established three-day pattern: Friday afternoon into the evening, then full days Saturday and Sunday with a Sunday close in the late afternoon. VIP tickets include a thirty-minute early-access window each day, which is the difference between seeing a fresh case first and seeing it after two hundred people have. General admission is sold by the day with multi-day passes available, and children's pricing is offered — confirm the exact tiers on wisconsincardshow.com, since they shift as the date approaches.

The Baird Center is at 400 West Wisconsin Avenue in downtown Milwaukee, walkable from the Third Ward, the lakefront and dozens of restaurants. Attached and adjacent parking structures serve the building, and the Hop streetcar and downtown hotels are all within a few blocks — which makes this an easy weekend trip rather than a day drive.

Everybody belongs at this one: families with kids chasing packs in the kid zones, casual collectors, competitive TCG players, serious dealers and investors working the high-end cases. To do it right, buy VIP if you are chasing specific inventory, lock in autograph tickets ahead of time, and study the vendor list published on the promoter's site so you can plan a route through three hundred tables. Bring cash for small buys and a card for large ones, carry a want list, pack sleeves, top loaders and a slab case, and wear comfortable shoes — this floor is a genuine walk.
