Whether it's worth grading depends on the card: for a rare or high-value piece, even a low-grade authenticated slab can carry meaningful value and buyer trust. For common cards, the fee won't be worth it. If a card is damaged and inexpensive, it's usually better kept raw in a sleeve. A card shop can tell you if a flawed card is worth submitting.
