On the South Shore stretch of Hylan Boulevard, The Collector's Cave is built around the idea that a card shop can also be a graded-collectibles counter. It bills itself as the first and only independent authorized PSA dealer on Staten Island, which means collectors can drop off cards, comics and memorabilia for grading without leaving the borough.

The shelves cover a lot of ground: trading card games, sports cards, non-sports cards, comics, Funko Pops and action figures all share the floor. Anyone hunting Pokemon cards on Staten Island will find it a useful stop alongside the slabs and graded comics, and the shop leans into rare finds rather than just sealed product.

The calendar is active. Recent listings include a Gundam release event, an October 3 trade night, and a sports card and Pokemon TCG show planned for November 14. Weekly trading has been reported on Saturdays around 2pm, so weekend afternoons are the best time to meet other collectors and swap.

Plan your visit around the posted hours: 11AM to 8PM on weekdays and 10AM to 8PM on weekends. The shop also runs Whatnot livestreams for comics, sports cards and trading card games, which is handy for checking inventory before you make the trip. Cash and cards are accepted.
