Square footage is the story at Lazarus Games. The South Cameron Street building holds retail, multiple game rooms and private spaces you can rent by the hour at a rate that surprises people the first time they ask — a setup no other Harrisburg card shop offers.

The supported-game list is unusually broad: Pokemon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, Lorcana and Flesh and Blood all have shelf presence and calendar slots. Between drafts, learn-to-play nights, sanctioned tournaments and open play, there is something scheduled most evenings, and the store publishes the calendar rather than making you ask.

Tabletop war gaming is the second pillar. One visitor described the Warhammer stock as larger than the dedicated Warhammer store nearby — an odd compliment that turns out to be a fair description of the shelving. Board games and expansions fill out the rest, including titles that rarely surface outside of specialty retail.

Hours skew toward players. Monday through Wednesday the doors open at 4PM and close at 9PM, which is a deliberate after-work window. Thursday through Sunday runs a full 9AM to 9PM, so weekend browsing and morning pickups both work. If you want a quiet look at the singles cases, aim for a Thursday or Friday morning before the evening events fill the tables.

Staff patience comes up in review after review, particularly with newer players and with parents trying to figure out what their kid actually needs. There is an associated eBay operation for anything not on the floor. Parking is on-site and the industrial-corridor location means you are never circling for a spot.
