Uncle Tony's Trade Night, the third-Friday community trade event hosted by 808 Showcase, wraps up 2026 at Pearlridge Center in Aiea on Friday, December 18. This is the holiday edition, one week before Christmas and the night before both HNL Card Fest at the Hawaii Convention Center and Get Nutz Christmas in Paradise at the Kroc Center, which makes it the natural spot for Central Oahu collectors to organize binders, finish gift hunting, and line up trades before the biggest weekend of the winter.
The format is simple: no vendor tables, just collectors trading with collectors. Without retail markups, deals stay balanced and patient traders come out ahead. Pokemon is the largest category, and in mid-December the focus is on completing sets and finding gift-worthy cards, so illustration rares, special art cards, sealed product, and graded vintage are the hot currency. Sports cards are a strong second, with NFL playoff-push cards and NBA rookies in demand, and One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic: The Gathering, Dragon Ball, and Lorcana traders keep steady tables. Slab-for-slab trades between Pokemon and sports cards happen regularly, and this time of year several regulars bring sealed boxes specifically to trade as gifts.
808 Showcase is the TCG and collectibles shop run by Datz Collectiblez with locations at Pearlridge and Kapolei, and the trade night reflects its community-first, west-side energy. The event typically begins in the late afternoon and runs into the evening; confirm exact hours on the organizer's Instagram, since mall event windows shift during the holiday shopping season.
Pearlridge Center is at 98-1005 Moanalua Road in Aiea, roughly 20 minutes from downtown Honolulu on the H-1.
