Card Show Weekend Preview June 6 to 7: Delaware Hits the Bob Carpenter Center, Yorktown Goes Free, and SC Fairgrounds Opens VIP Hours

The first full card show weekend of June lines up four solid options: the 250-table Delaware Card Show at the Bob Carpenter Center, the Hagerstown Valley Mall show, a free-admission Chicago suburb show at Yorktown Center, and the multi-day SC Card Show at the State Fairgrounds.

The first full card show weekend of June 2026 lines up four solid options across the country, with the East Coast getting the lion's share of the table count. Here are the shows worth planning around for June 6-7, 2026.

Delaware Card Show β€” Bob Carpenter Center

The flagship of the weekend is the Delaware Card Show at the Bob Carpenter Center at the University of Delaware. The show is running 250+ vendor tables across both Saturday and Sunday, with a mix of:

  • Modern and vintage sports cards.
  • Pokemon, One Piece, and MTG.
  • Memorabilia, art, sealed wax, singles, and supplies.

Free on-site parking is included, kids 10 and under enter free, and University of Delaware students get in free with a valid student ID. It is one of the largest mid-Atlantic shows of the early summer slate and a strong place to find Chaos Rising singles less than two weeks after launch.

Hagerstown Sports Card & TCG Show β€” Valley Mall, MD

For Maryland and Pennsylvania collectors who don't want to make the drive to Delaware, the Hagerstown show at Valley Mall is a solid Saturday or Sunday stop. Hours are Saturday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The mall location keeps overhead low for vendors, and small-show Sundays in this market historically run friendlier on price for buyers.

Yorktown Center Multi-Day Show β€” Chicago Suburbs

Chicagoland gets a free admission multi-day show at Yorktown Center, featuring Pokemon, sports cards, One Piece, and MTG. Free entry plus mall traffic tends to bring a heavy TCG presence, so this is the spot if you're hunting current-set Pokemon singles, One Piece OP-16 chase cards, or pre-Marvel Magic inventory at retail-floor pricing.

SC Card Show β€” SC State Fairgrounds, Cantey Building

The Southeast option is the SC Card Show at the SC State Fairgrounds, Cantey Building, running June 5 to 7. The schedule is structured around VIP hours:

  • Friday: VIP 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Saturday: VIP 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., general admission 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Sunday: VIP 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., general admission 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

VIP hours at the SC show have traditionally been where the bigger transactions happen, and the multi-day Friday-Sunday format gives vendors a chance to drop prices into Sunday afternoon if inventory isn't moving.

What to Expect on the Floor This Weekend

Three storylines are likely to dominate floor conversations:

  1. PSA Value Tier pause β€” submitters will be hunting for vendors offering on-site or quick-turnaround grading partners.
  2. Chaos Rising singles β€” Mega Greninja ex pricing is firming up, so expect vendors to hold the line on chase singles.
  3. MTG Marvel Super Heroes hype β€” pre-Marvel Standard inventory may start moving as players reset their decks ahead of June 26.
If you only hit one show this weekend, Delaware is the call for vendor depth, and Yorktown is the call if you want free entry plus a heavy TCG focus.

We'll have a weekend recap with pricing notes from each show on Monday.
