Your Mid-April 2026 Card Show Guide: Buffalo, Philly, Tacoma and More

Mid-April 2026 is loaded with major card shows including Buffalo Trading Card Con, the Philly Non-Sports Show, and Front Row Tacoma. Here is where to go and how to prepare for a productive weekend on the show floor.

Mid-April Card Show Guide: Where to Be and What to Bring

If you love the energy of a packed card show floor, mid-April 2026 is stacked. From Buffalo to Philadelphia to Tacoma, collectors across North America have their pick of major events, and each one brings its own flavor of vendors, breakers, and grading reps.

Buffalo Trading Card Con (April 17 to 19)

Running Friday through Sunday, Buffalo Trading Card Con 2026 will feature more than 100 vendors and a deep mix of vintage, modern, and TCG content. Expect strong representation from Northeast dealers, several breakers running live on the floor, and on-site grading intake.

Philly Non-Sports Card Show (April 18 to 19)

For collectors outside the sports lane, the Philly Non-Sports Card Show at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, Pennsylvania is an unmissable stop. It is the longest-running non-sports show in the country and consistently draws the best selection of vintage Garbage Pail Kids, monster cards, and classic movie and TV sets anywhere in North America.

Other Notable Stops This Weekend and Next

  • Denver Card Shows: April 10 to 12, 2026
  • Western Canada Sports Collectors Convention: April 10 to 12 at Langley Event Centre
  • Front Row Tacoma Show: April 11 to 12 at Greater Tacoma Convention Center
  • NTX Ft Worth Card Show Weekend: April 18 and 19, 2026
  • ATX Card Show: April 25, 2026 in Downtown Austin

What to Bring If You Are Hitting a Show

  • Cash: Many smaller vendors still prefer cash for quick deals, especially on lower-priced raw cards.
  • Toploaders and team bags: If you plan to buy, protect your new pickups before they leave the table.
  • A want list: Shows get overwhelming fast. A short, prioritized list keeps you focused.
  • Comps on your phone: eBay sold listings and 130point are your best friend when negotiating.
Card shows are where the hobby actually happens. No algorithm can replace walking a floor, talking to collectors, and flipping through a dealer's well-loved binder.
