About This Event

The March edition of 757 Card Shows TCG Fest lands at the Norfolk Masonic Temple on Saturday, March 13, 2027. It is the spring counterpart to the promoter's February TCG date, and the timing works well: new Pokemon and Magic sets typically release in the first quarter, so by mid-March there is fresh product circulating and singles from those sets have had time to find realistic prices rather than launch-week hype prices.

Pokemon carries the room. Vendors bring sealed booster boxes, elite trainer boxes, collection boxes, tins and blister packs from the newest sets alongside back stock from earlier releases. Singles range from bulk commons sold by the hundred up through alt arts, special illustration rares and graded slabs from PSA, CGC, BGS and SGC. Vintage WOTC-era cards from Base Set through the Neo era show up in cases, and Japanese and Korean imports are generally available from at least one dealer. Magic: The Gathering gets substantial coverage with commander staples, sealed collector and set boosters, and older playable cards priced for people who actually intend to play them. Yu-Gi-Oh! vendors bring meta staples, ghost and starlight rares and structure decks. One Piece, Lorcana, Digimon, Flesh and Blood and Dragon Ball Super all have representation. Hobby supplies are on site.

Doors open in the morning and the show runs through mid-afternoon in a single Saturday session. Admission is free and parking is free, consistent across the promoter's entire calendar. There is no ticketing, no VIP tier and no early-bird fee, so you can simply show up. Children are welcome at no charge and several vendors deliberately stock affordable boxes and repacks so younger collectors can buy something themselves.

The Norfolk Masonic Temple offers a large open hall with good lighting and free surrounding parking, plus restrooms on site. Access from Interstate 264 and downtown Norfolk is straightforward and the drive from Virginia Beach, Chesapeake and Portsmouth is short. The building has genuine character, which makes it a more interesting place to spend four hours than a generic conference room.

Who should attend: Pokemon collectors of all levels, competitive players restocking for spring events, traders who want an active binder-swapping room, families with collecting kids, and anyone who prefers a dedicated TCG floor to a mixed show. Newcomers do well because the scale is manageable and vendors have time to explain pricing.

Tips for the best experience: get there at opening if a specific chase card or well-priced sealed box is your goal, since both disappear early. Bring cash in small bills. Keep a want list organized by set and card number so you can scan a binder quickly. Ask about bundle rates before buying several singles from one vendor, as most will discount. Walk the entire room before spending, because duplicate stock at different prices is standard. Bring your trade binder sleeved and organized, and know rough values so negotiations move.
