About This Event

The Card Center Monthly TCG Show takes over its Baker Boulevard home for a two-day Labor Day weekend edition on Saturday, September 5 and Sunday, September 6, 2026. This is the mid-cities' most dependable recurring show — it lands on the first weekend of every month, it is always free, and it has built a following among collectors who would rather shop a well-run six-thousand-square-foot room than fight an arena floor.

The emphasis is squarely on trading card games. Pokemon anchors the room with sealed booster boxes, elite trainer boxes, graded vintage, modern chase cards and long rows of binder singles priced for actual play. One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic: The Gathering, Dragon Ball and Lorcana all draw dealers, and the newer Riftbound product has started appearing as well. Sports cards hold a meaningful share of the tables too, with MLB, NBA, NFL and NHL singles, wax and slabs — this is a mid-cities crowd, so Rangers, Mavericks, Stars and Cowboys inventory moves briskly. Mixed collectibles, comics and small-batch supplies round out the floor.

The weekend splits into two distinct days. Saturday runs 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and carries the fuller vendor turnout and the deeper inventory. Sunday runs 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM and is the quieter, friendlier day — fewer people between you and the cases, and dealers who have already covered their table cost and are willing to negotiate. The series also runs an informal "Cars & Cards" gathering in the parking lot on Sunday mornings from roughly 9:00 to 10:30 AM, which is a genuinely fun add-on if you like both hobbies.

Admission is free on both days and there is no ticketing to worry about. Parking is free as well, with roughly 125 spaces on site, which is unusually generous for a storefront show. Children are welcome and the atmosphere is relaxed enough that families make a habit of it.

Card Center is located at 7017 Baker Boulevard in the North Richland Hills and Richland Hills corridor, a couple of minutes from Loop 820 and Highway 26. From Arlington the drive is about twenty minutes north on Highway 360 or Loop 820, and it is equally convenient from Hurst, Bedford, Euless, Watauga and Haltom City. The surrounding stretch of Baker and Grapevine Highway has plenty of quick lunch options.

Who benefits most? Competitive TCG players restocking staples, because the singles depth here beats most one-day shows. Collectors hunting graded Pokemon at reasonable margins. Parents introducing a child to the hobby without buying a ticket first. And sellers, since several tables actively buy collections and the low-pressure setting makes it easy to get two or three offers.

Tips: come Saturday morning if you have a specific want list, come Sunday afternoon if you are hunting a bargain. Bring cash. Bring your binder — trade traffic at this show is heavy. Ask about sealed product held behind the counter rather than displayed, since storefront shows often keep the best boxes in reserve.
