Card Center's monthly show returns for its October weekend on Saturday, October 3 and Sunday, October 4, 2026. The series runs on the first weekend of every month without fail, it stays free, and it has become the mid-cities' default answer to the question of where to shop for singles when you do not feel like driving to Lewisville.
The floor is trading card game led. Pokemon takes the largest share, with sealed booster boxes and elite trainer boxes, graded vintage in PSA, BGS and CGC holders, Japanese product, promo cards, and the long binder rows of playable singles that make this show worth a monthly habit for anyone who actually plays. One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic: The Gathering, Dragon Ball and Lorcana all draw committed dealers, and Riftbound product has begun appearing as the game finds its footing. Sports cards hold a real share of the tables too — MLB, NBA, NFL and NHL singles, graded slabs, sealed wax and team lots, with October bringing heavy football and postseason baseball traffic. Comics, supplies, toys and mixed collectibles fill the rest.
The two days play differently. Saturday runs 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with the fuller dealer turnout and the deeper inventory; it is the day to come if you have specific targets. Sunday runs 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, quieter and more relaxed, with dealers who have already covered costs and are noticeably more flexible on price. The series also hosts an informal Cars and Cards meetup in the lot on Sunday morning from roughly 9:00 to 10:30 AM, which has become a small tradition of its own.
Admission is free both days with no ticketing. Parking is free, with roughly 125 spaces on site — genuinely rare for a storefront-scale show. Kids are welcome and the room is small enough that parents can keep an eye on everything at once.
Card Center is at 7017 Baker Boulevard in the North Richland Hills and Richland Hills corridor, a couple of minutes from Loop 820 and Highway 26. From Arlington it is about twenty minutes north via Highway 360 or Loop 820, and it is even closer from Hurst, Bedford, Euless, Watauga, Haltom City and Keller. Baker Boulevard and the nearby Grapevine Highway stretch cover lunch.
This show suits players first — the singles depth beats most one-day events in the region. It also suits collectors chasing graded Pokemon at store-show margins rather than arena-show margins, parents easing a child into the hobby without buying tickets, and sellers, since multiple tables here actively buy collections and the low-key setting makes it easy to gather a few offers before committing.
Tips: Saturday morning for selection, Sunday afternoon for price. Bring cash. Bring your binder, since trade traffic is heavy relative to the room size. Ask what is behind the counter rather than only shopping what is displayed — storefront shows habitually keep the best sealed product in reserve for people who ask.
