About This Event

Card Swap #2 by Collectors Expo moves to the Sheraton Fairplex Conference Center in Pomona for a two-day, free-entry trade show on Saturday, October 24 and Sunday, October 25, 2026. It is the second of two October Card Swap dates from the Collectors Expo team, following the San Gabriel edition three weeks earlier, and it doubles as a preview of the venue neighborhood where the full Collectors Expo Los Angeles convention will land in January 2027 at the Fairplex. If you want the Collectors Expo TCG crowd without the convention ticket price, this is the format.

The room is built around trading card games and the collectibles that travel with them. Pokemon is the center of gravity — modern singles and sealed, Japanese product, graded slabs, and vintage WOTC — with One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Disney Lorcana, and Magic: The Gathering at surrounding tables. The Collectors Expo audience brings its signature crossover: Pop Mart and blind-box figures, Funko Pops, K-pop photocards, plushies, and anime merchandise. Open trading tables and community giveaways are part of the plan, and the Halloween-weekend date usually means costumes and themed prizes.

Hours had not been posted at listing time; Collectors Expo events typically run roughly 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, so plan around that and confirm on the Card Swap page. Admission is free both days with no tickets, VIP tiers, or early-entry fees. Kids are welcome, and the exhibit-hall setting has room for strollers.

The Sheraton Fairplex Conference Center is at 601 West McKinley Avenue on the Fairplex grounds, just off the 10 freeway at White Avenue in Pomona. Hotel parking is available at a day rate (about $8 at recent card events there). The venue draws the whole Pomona Valley and Inland Empire edge — Pomona, Claremont, La Verne, San Dimas, Diamond Bar, Chino, Chino Hills, Ontario, and Upland — and the hotel's food outlets are open during show hours.

Who should attend? Trade-focused collectors with binders full of duplicates; Pokemon and One Piece hunters; anime, K-pop, and blind-box collectors who like the Collectors Expo mix; families looking for a free Halloween-weekend outing; and anyone planning to attend Collectors Expo LA in January who wants a preview of the vendor community.

Tips: this show rewards traders, so bring a clean, organized binder with your tradeable cards sleeved and priced in your head. Cash is king for purchases, with Venmo and Zelle as backups. Carry a want list, a slab case, and spare sleeves and top loaders for trades. Saturday's open has the freshest inventory; Sunday afternoon has the best negotiated prices. If you are driving in from the Inland Empire, note that the 10 freeway backs up near the Fairplex on event weekends, so leave a cushion.

Hours, vendor registration, and giveaway details are posted at collectorsexpo.com/cardswap and on Instagram at @collectorsexpo.
