The Minted Collectors Cup makes its Orange County debut on Sunday, October 25, 2026 in the basketball gym of the Fullerton Community Center. Minted CC has built a reputation with collectors around Southern California for well-run, free-admission shows with a strong vendor count, and the Fullerton edition brings roughly 150 tables to a central, easy-to-reach venue about fifteen minutes north of Santa Ana.
The show is a mixed sports and TCG event. Sports card dealers will have MLB, NBA, NFL and NHL rookies, parallels, vintage and graded slabs, plus UFC and soccer for the crossover crowd; the late-October timing means fresh football and basketball product will be on the tables. TCG vendors bring Pokemon singles, sealed boxes, Japanese product and graded cards, along with One Piece, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh! and Disney Lorcana. Expect a scattering of memorabilia, Funko Pops and other collectibles as well.
Hours are 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Sunday. Admission is free and parking is free at the community center, with additional free parking across the street at Fullerton City Hall. Vendor tables are booked through Minted CC on Instagram.
The Fullerton Community Center is at 340 W Commonwealth Ave, Fullerton, CA 92832, in the civic center complex just west of downtown Fullerton and a few blocks from the Fullerton Transportation Center, which makes it reachable by Metrolink and Amtrak as well as by car. Downtown Fullerton's Harbor Boulevard restaurant row is a short walk for lunch. From Santa Ana take the 57 or 5 north and exit at Chapman or Commonwealth.
Who it suits: families and first-timers, thanks to free entry and free parking; sports and TCG collectors who want a full-size show without convention-center ticket prices; and dealers who want to reach the north Orange County crowd that does not always drive to Costa Mesa or Anaheim shows. Competitive TCG players should find good singles inventory, and vintage sports collectors should find several dedicated cases.
Tips: arrive before 10 AM, since free shows with 150 tables draw a line and the graded cases get picked over early. Bring cash for the best prices, a want list, and a trade binder. Sleeves and toploaders for raw purchases are essential. The gym floor is large enough that a first lap to compare prices pays off before you buy. If you are combining shows, the Wolfpack Tuesday show in nearby Placentia is two days later for anything you missed. Because this is Minted's first Orange County date, vendor interest has been high and the promoter has hinted that a strong turnout will make Fullerton a recurring stop, so showing up is also a vote for more free shows in north OC. Bring water and plan for a gym without much seating; the community center lobby is the best place to take a break and sort your finds.
