Both days run 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Chappapeela Sports Park has abundant free parking on site, which is a genuine advantage at a two-hundred-table show where a metro venue would be charging garage rates. The facility is climate controlled with restrooms and concessions available. Hammond's downtown and the I-12 commercial strip both offer restaurants within ten minutes, and there are several hotels near the interstate junction if you are making it a weekend.
This show rewards serious collectors and dealers most — the sheer table count means you can spend a full day and still not work every case carefully. But it is also a strong family show, particularly Sunday when the crowd thins. New collectors will find affordable bins and patient dealers. Sellers should absolutely bring material; with two hundred dealer tables, competitive cash offers are the norm rather than the exception.
Tips: go Saturday at open for selection and Sunday afternoon for price. Bring cash and plenty of it. Bring a rolling case or a backpack — you will buy more than you expect at a show this size.
