Long Beach collectors are about twenty minutes away via the 405 and Crenshaw. Del Amo Fashion Center is five minutes north if you need anything, and Old Torrance restaurants are within walking distance of the lot.
A Friday night show attracts a distinct crowd — people who work weekends, dealers scouting inventory ahead of Saturday shows elsewhere in the basin, and trade-heavy collectors who want room to negotiate. The late finish makes it less ideal for families with small children, who are better served by the Sunday daytime dates in this same series.
How to work a Friday night: the first hour is when fresh inventory hits the tables, so if you are chasing something specific, be there at five. The last ninety minutes are where prices soften, because nobody wants to repack a full case at eleven at night. Bring cash. Bring a want list. Bring your trade binder — Friday nights at this show trade heavily and dealers will look at what you brought.
