🎪 About This Event

Midwest Monster is the largest card show JJ All Star Sportscards puts on all year, and the fall edition runs Friday and Saturday, October 2 and 3, 2026 at Best Choice Fieldhouse in Fishers. Where the promoter's monthly legion-hall shows fit into a single room, Midwest Monster takes over a full indoor sports facility — hundreds of tables spread across the fieldhouse floor, dealers driving in from Ohio, Kentucky, Illinois and Michigan, and a two-day format that gives serious buyers time to work the room properly. It is the closest thing the Indianapolis metro gets to a national-scale show.

The scale changes what you find. Sports card dealers bring inventory they simply cannot fit in a legion hall: full vintage runs from the 1950s onward, high-grade slabs from PSA, BGS, SGC and CGC in six-figure display cases, and premium modern product including National Treasures, Flawless, Immaculate, Prizm, Optic, Select, Mosaic, Topps Chrome and Bowman Chrome. MLB, NBA, NFL and NHL are all deep, with Colts, Pacers, Notre Dame, Indiana University and Purdue material especially well stocked, plus UFC, boxing, soccer, racing and Indy 500 memorabilia. Trading card game dealers cover Pokemon extensively — WOTC vintage through current Scarlet & Violet, Japanese imports and sealed product — alongside Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, Disney Lorcana, Dragon Ball Super and Digimon. Add autographed memorabilia, game-used items, vintage comics, Funko Pops, custom artwork, breakers running live case rips, and a full complement of supply vendors.

Hours are Friday 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern. Friday afternoon functions as the dealer and serious-buyer session — smaller crowds, first pick, and the best window for negotiating on high-end material. Saturday is the family day, busier and louder, with the broadest foot traffic. Admission is modest by convention standards and kids are welcome; parking at the fieldhouse is free and the lot is large.

Best Choice Fieldhouse is at 11825 Technology Drive, Fishers, IN 46038, just off I-69 and 116th Street with quick access from Indianapolis, Carmel, Noblesville, Westfield and Anderson. The facility is climate-controlled with high ceilings, level flooring, real restrooms and concessions — a meaningful upgrade over hotel and legion venues, especially if you are pushing a rolling case for six hours. Hamilton Town Center and the 116th Street corridor put dozens of restaurants within five minutes.

This show rewards everyone but especially serious buyers and dealers. If you have a want list of genuinely hard material, Midwest Monster is where you have the best odds in central Indiana of actually finding it. Families do well on Saturday, when the atmosphere is more festival than marketplace. Sellers should absolutely bring material — with this many buyers in one building, competitive offers are easy to source.

Strategy matters at a show this size. Come Friday at noon if you are hunting anything specific. Bring cash — large purchases negotiate far better in cash — plus Venmo and Zelle as backup. Carry a want list, penny sleeves, top loaders, a magnifier for centering and edges, and a rolling case. Walk the entire floor once and note table numbers before buying anything significant. Contact Jeff at 317-504-8110 for table reservations, and follow JJ All Star Sportscards on Facebook and Instagram for dealer previews.
