🃏 About This Event

OKC Collects opens the 2027 hobby year with a two-day show at the Oklahoma City Convention Center on Saturday and Sunday, January 2–3, 2027. Run by Texas Card Shows and More, the OKC Collects series has become the flagship recurring card event in Oklahoma, regularly drawing several hundred vendor tables and a crowd that spans sports collectors, competitive trading card game players and families. Opening the calendar on New Year's weekend is a deliberate choice — collectors come in flush with holiday money, dealers arrive with restocked inventory, and the whole floor has a fresh-start energy that the rest of the year's shows never quite match.

OKC Collects is genuinely dual-focus, and that is what separates it from most large shows. On the trading card game side, expect enormous Pokémon representation — singles across the full history of the game from vintage Wizards of the Coast Base Set, Jungle and Fossil through Ex and Diamond and Pearl into modern Scarlet & Violet, plus sealed booster boxes, elite trainer boxes and Japanese-exclusive product that rarely surfaces at general shows. One Piece Card Game has a heavy presence at this series, alongside Magic: The Gathering Commander and Standard singles, Yu-Gi-Oh! staples, Disney Lorcana, Dragon Ball Z Fusion World, Star Wars Unlimited, Flesh and Blood and Digimon. On the sports side, dealers carry MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL, UFC, boxing and soccer across every era: vintage Topps, Bowman and Fleer, 1990s junk-wax digging boxes, and modern Prizm, Optic, Select, Mosaic, Chrome and Bowman Draft, with National Treasures, Flawless and Immaculate in the locked cases. Graded PSA, BGS, SGC and CGC slabs, autographed memorabilia, comics, Funko Pops and full supply lines round it out.

The OKC Collects series typically runs a Saturday session from roughly 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST and a Sunday session from roughly 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST, with a VIP or early-access ticket that gets buyers onto the floor an hour ahead of general admission. Tickets and vendor tables are sold online through tickets.txcardshows.com/okcollects, and children are generally admitted free with a paying adult. Buying general admission in advance online is usually cheaper than the door price.

The Oklahoma City Convention Center sits downtown at 100 Mick Cornett Drive, adjacent to Scissortail Park and the Paycom Center, with a large attached parking garage and additional paid lots nearby. The hall is modern, climate-controlled, fully ADA-accessible and served by the OKC Streetcar, and downtown Bricktown restaurants are a short walk away — which makes this an easy show to build a full day around.

This show fits everyone: competitive TCG players restocking decks, Pokémon collectors chasing graded vintage, sports buyers hunting premium modern, families, and complete first-timers. The scale is the draw — several hundred tables means real price competition on the same card.

For the best experience, buy tickets online in advance, consider VIP early entry if you are chasing specific high-value material, and arrive at open. Bring cash plus Venmo and Zelle, carry want lists for both sports and TCG, and bring a clearly priced trade binder. Pack sleeves, top loaders and a hard case.
