About This Event

The November Rare Bear E Sports Collectibles Card Show lands the weekend before Thanksgiving, Saturday, November 21 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Sunday, November 22 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Quality Inn & Suites, 5316 US Highway 19 North, New Port Richey, FL 34652. Admission is $2 and the show fills roughly 100 tables.

The timing makes this one of the more practical shows of the year for Pasco County collectors. It falls just before the holiday shopping crunch really starts, which means you can knock out gift buying for the collectors in your life while the selection is still deep and before December prices firm up. A first graded card, a starter binder of a kid's favorite team, a vintage single of a grandparent's childhood player — this floor has all of it at prices that have not yet been pulled up by holiday demand. It is also the last comfortable weekend before the season gets hectic, and turnout reflects that on both sides of the table.

Baseball remains the deepest category here. West Pasco has a large population of longtime collectors, and vintage keeps surfacing from local collections in a way it simply does not at newer markets. Post-war Topps and Bowman are consistently well stocked, with pre-war material turning up at individual tables. Football is strong through November with the NFL season at its midpoint, and basketball and hockey are both well into their years. UFC, boxing, racing, and soccer appear at specialist tables. Across all of it expect graded slabs in display cases, raw vintage in binders and monster boxes, modern rookies and numbered parallels, autographs, and relic and patch cards, plus a genuine quantity of pre-1980 material. Non-sports cards, Pokemon and modern TCG, comics, sports memorabilia, and general collectibles fill out the room.

The Quality Inn & Suites is a hotel function space directly on US 19, with free on-site parking and straightforward access from either direction. It is a compact single room rather than a sprawling convention hall, which is much of its charm — you can survey the entire floor at a glance and spend your day looking at cards rather than walking laps. The regular crowd knows each other, and the atmosphere is unhurried and genuinely welcoming to newcomers.

For collectors in New Port Richey, Port Richey, Hudson, Trinity, Holiday, and up toward Aripeka, this show eliminates a long drive down US 19 or the Suncoast Parkway to reach the Pinellas and Hillsborough circuit. That convenience is why it has held a loyal following for years.

Saturday's 9:00 AM open is when fresh material appears and the room is fullest, so serious hunters should be there early with cash in hand. Sunday runs shorter and quieter, and dealers who missed their Saturday number tend to be more flexible — a card you passed on Saturday is frequently gettable Sunday afternoon.

Bring cash in small bills, a want list organized by set and card number rather than player names, and penny sleeves and toploaders for anything you buy raw. If you are selling or trading, sort by sport and era beforehand and keep high-value pieces in a separate secured binder. Ask before removing cards from cases, handle by the edges, and settle on price before a close inspection.
