TCG-Kon bills itself as a mega card convention and takes over the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Norfolk Airport on Sunday, February 21, 2027. It is a larger and more produced event than the typical Hampton Roads weekend card show, built around trading card games with a convention-style program rather than just rows of dealer tables.
Doors open at 10:00 AM and the show runs to 5:00 PM as a single Sunday session. Unlike the free-admission shows that dominate the Hampton Roads calendar, TCG-Kon sells tickets through Eventbrite, and buying in advance is both cheaper and faster than waiting in the door line. General admission and early-access or VIP tiers are typically offered, with early access getting you onto the floor before the general crowd. The DoubleTree Norfolk Airport sits just off Interstate 64 with a large free parking lot, making it an easy drive from anywhere in Hampton Roads and a reasonable one from the Peninsula.
