About This Event

The final Toy Vault Big Pokemon and Sports Card Show of 2026 runs Saturday and Sunday, December 5 and 6, at Brookfield Square Mall, and the December edition is the biggest gift-buying weekend on the southeastern Wisconsin collectibles calendar. Holding it inside a shopping mall three weeks before Christmas is a genuinely clever piece of scheduling: you can knock out a Pokemon collector, a Funko collector and a Packers fan on your list without moving your car.

Pokemon leads the room as always. Singles binders cover the game's full history — WOTC-era Base Set, Jungle, Fossil, Team Rocket and Gym holos, Neo and e-Card material, EX, Diamond and Pearl, Black and White, XY, Sun and Moon, Sword and Shield, and current Scarlet and Violet. December sealed selection is the widest of the year: booster boxes, elite trainer boxes, holiday collection tins, premium collections, blister packs and tin bundles, with several vendors competing so it is worth a lap before you commit. Japanese imports are stocked in volume. Graded cases hold PSA, BGS and CGC Pokemon from beginner-priced slabs to vintage holo rares that draw a small audience.

Sports coverage is at full strength with every league in season. NFL dealers bring Green Bay Packers inventory across every era plus league-wide rookie and veteran product as the playoff picture forms. NBA tables carry Milwaukee Bucks and Prizm, Optic, Select and Mosaic league-wide. MLB dealers hold Brewers and Milwaukee Braves alongside vintage Topps and Bowman — the offseason is when baseball prices are softest, which makes December a smart buying month. NHL is mid-season, and UFC, boxing and soccer specialists are present. Other TCG tables carry Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, Disney Lorcana and Dragon Ball in singles and sealed.

The collectible side peaks in December. Hundreds of Funko Pops including vaulted and convention exclusives, vintage toys, retro gaming consoles and cartridges, action figures and current designer collectibles occupy a large share of the floor. Vendors are actively buying too, so if you are funding holiday spending by thinning a collection, this is a productive weekend to bring material in.

Hours are 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central both Saturday and Sunday. Admission is modest, collected at the door with no advance ticketing, and children are welcome with no separate youth ticket. There is no VIP or early-access tier.

Brookfield Square Mall is at 95 North Moorland Road in Brookfield, about fifteen minutes west of downtown Milwaukee with direct Interstate 94 access via Moorland Road. Parking is free and plentiful, and a heated mall in December means restrooms, seating, food and a warm place to regroup are all within a short walk of the floor. You can also finish the rest of your holiday shopping in the same building, which is not a trivial advantage.

Gift shoppers, families, Pokemon players, Funko collectors, sports fans and graded-card buyers all have reason to attend. Best approach: come Saturday at 10:00 AM for the widest sealed selection before it thins, walk the whole floor before committing, and return Sunday afternoon for the year's last round of deal-making. Bring cash as your first payment option, carry a want list with set codes and card numbers, and pack sleeves and top loaders. If you are buying sealed as a gift, ask reputable vendors how to spot a resealed product. Vendor lineups post at brookfieldtoyvault.com.
