Keep everything upright so cards don't warp under weight, in a cool, dry, stable spot away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity swings (avoid attics, garages, and basements). For high-value cards, grading provides a sealed, protective slab. Silica packs help control moisture. Handle cards by the edges with clean hands.
