About The Shop

North Shore institution for sports card collectors. Decades of experience, extensive vintage inventory, and a welcoming atmosphere in downtown Highland Park.

Bergie's Sports Card Dugout on Central Avenue in Highland Park has been serving North Shore collectors for years with a deep selection of sports cards and memorabilia. The shop specializes in baseball, basketball, football, and hockey cards — with a particularly strong vintage inventory that draws collectors from across the Chicagoland area. Pokémon sealed product rounds out the selection for younger collectors. The store's downtown Highland Park location makes it an easy stop for North Shore residents, and the knowledgeable staff is always happy to help with appraisals, trades, and finding that elusive card to complete a set.
