GameQuest

North Clinton Street hub for Magic: The Gathering prereleases, One Piece play and tabletop RPG gear, a community favorite among Fort Wayne card players.

Anyone searching for Magic cards in Fort Wayne will hear GameQuest's name quickly. The shop on North Clinton Street pairs a card game counter with board games, tabletop role-playing books and everything players need to run a campaign, and its 4.8 rating across hundreds of reviews says the mix works. Customers consistently describe the owner and staff as approachable and well informed about the products on the shelves.

Magic: The Gathering is the center of gravity. Players point to GameQuest as their go-to destination for set prereleases, including a recent Avatar: The Last Airbender release night where pizza and cookies were part of the evening. The store also hosts One Piece card game players, and one regular calls it their favorite local card shop for exactly that reason, adding that snacks are on hand during sessions.

Beyond cards, you will find resource books and accessories for most tabletop RPG systems, which makes the shop useful for mixed groups where some people want packs and others want a dice set and a rulebook. It is a good example of a Fort Wayne game store that serves several hobbies without losing sight of the card side.
