Round Table Games and Curt's Cafe

Game cafe on Coldwater Road in Fort Wayne with a card selection, tabletop space, Warhammer help and a coffee counter, open weekends from 9AM.

Round Table Games blends a tabletop store with a cafe, and the combination is rare for Fort Wayne. The large floor holds plenty of tables for board games, miniatures and card play, while the cafe side serves coffee, bagels and sandwiches so a long session does not require leaving the building.

The card selection is one of the things regulars bring up, along with books and miniatures supplies. Staff have a reputation for knowing their hobbies; one reviewer describes how they helped a visually impaired relative understand Warhammer by letting her feel the figures. Opinions on the board game library differ, but the room's space and consistency draw repeat visits.

For anyone looking for a Fort Wayne card shop where playing is as important as buying, the tables are the main feature. Bring friends, grab a drink and settle in for an afternoon. Weekends open earlier than most card stores, starting at 9AM on Saturday and Sunday.

Weekly hours: closed Monday, noon to 8PM Tuesday through Thursday, noon to 10PM Friday, 9AM to 9PM Saturday and Sunday. The shop is at 5511 Coldwater Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46825, with ample parking. Call 260-222-1341 or see roundtablegamescafe.com before visiting for a specific event.
