How It Stacks Up Against Past Records
Before this sale, the benchmark for a WWE card was a 1982 Hulk Hogan card that sold for $132,000, with a 2022 Rock card close behind at roughly $126,000. Cena's card more than doubles both of those prior marks in a single sale, which is the kind of jump that usually signals a category is being repriced, not just a one-off outlier.
