Inland Empire institution since 2006 pairing a deep comics wall with Magic, Pokemon and sports-card cases, plus a busy event table in Rancho Cucamonga.
Open since 2006, 4 Color Fantasies has had two decades to figure out what the Inland Empire wants, and the answer turned out to be a hybrid: half comic shop, half card-gaming center. New comics ship weekly, the back catalog runs deep, and the gaming side has grown into a legitimate draw of its own.
On the trading-card front you will find Magic: The Gathering, Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh! singles and sealed product, alongside sports cards, statues and supplies. The store leans into tournaments and in-store play, so the calendar usually has something running. It is the rare Rancho Cucamonga card shop where a Friday Magic night and a new-comic-day crowd can share the same floor without friction.
The physical space is bright and organized around its two identities — racks of bagged comics on one side, glass cases and singles binders on the other. Staff are used to fielding everything from 'what should my kid start collecting' to deep questions about set legality, and the long tenure shows in how smoothly the place runs.
Hours are refreshingly simple: 11AM to 7PM every day of the week, which makes drop-in visits easy whether it is a Tuesday afternoon or a Sunday. The shop sits in the Archibald Ave plaza with easy parking. Reach them at 855-692-6642 to confirm event start times or check on a pull-list subscription before heading over.
