Cleo's TCG sits in a tidy storefront on E Highland Ave just east of the 215, and it has quickly become the anchor card shop for collectors in north San Bernardino. Walk in and the layout is built around the people who actually play: a long counter of Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh singles binders on the left, sealed product walls behind the register, and a row of tables in back where regulars run trades and casual matches almost every day they're open.

The shop leans hard into pricing transparency, and that's something the regulars bring up repeatedly. Bulk buys are quoted on the spot, and singles are priced close to TCGplayer market rather than the gouged numbers you'll see at mall kiosks. The owner does the buying himself, so if you're walking in a collection he'll usually flip through it with you at the counter. Presale notices for Pokemon set drops go up on the Instagram (@cleostcg) ahead of release weekends, and the shop typically opens those early to community members.

Alongside cards, Cleo's keeps a curated stock of retro video games and consoles, including loose carts, CIB titles, and the occasional refurbished system. A few visit-timing notes worth knowing. Cleo's is closed Monday and Tuesday and open Wednesday through Sunday from noon to 8 p.m., so weekday evenings after work are the easy window. Saturdays draw the largest crowd, especially when a new Pokemon set lands. Parking is in the strip's shared lot and there's almost always a spot.
