The Bridgeview Community Center Sports Card Show runs Sunday, September 20, 2026 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and at a one-dollar door price it is the cheapest way to spend an afternoon around cards anywhere in the Chicago area. This is a long-running monthly fixture on the southwest side, and the regulars treat it that way — the same dealers set up in roughly the same spots, the same collectors work the same boxes, and prices stay grounded because everybody knows everybody.
The room fills right at 11:00 AM, peaks around noon, and starts loosening up after 2:00 PM when dealers would rather sell a card than box it.
Admission is $1. Parking is free in the community center's own lot, and the building is single-level with level entry and accessible restrooms. Bridgeview sits at 7900 S Oketo Ave, easily reached from I-294, Harlem Avenue or 79th Street, and it is a short drive from Burbank, Oak Lawn, Justice, Hickory Hills and the Clearing and Garfield Ridge neighborhoods of Chicago.
Get there at 11:00 AM.
